Something like what it said on the screen about being an emergency alert but a test, but in a very synthetic voice with an American accent. Can't remember exactly now.

I'd forgotten about the alert and thought I'd leant on my phone.

Could have been:

I had an American voice as well but not many others got the voice (as far as I have read so far)
