To be a bit excited about the 3pm alarm?

I'm interested to hear what it sounds like. For it to be going off all over the country at once, in all households and shops is exciting.

It's something completely new and feels kinda like something from Black mirror.

Maybe I'm just weird 😂

It'll be funny if Putin decides to nuke us at 5 to 3 and they have to set the alarm off 5 minutes early and everyone will go, "fecking government, they couldn't even get the timing right! ... did anyone hear a bang?"

This is what my teen ds has predicted will happen 😱🤣

I've just realised there are regional swimming comps up and down yen country being live streamed too.

I may log onto one and see if it goes off everywhere despite all the phones being on silent!

The london marathon is finishing and i am hoping there eill still be live stream at 3😂

They played it on Radio 4 this morning which was handy. I dont think it will happen on my own phone though as its ancient. The radio chap said it wont be any louder than your phone would be normally when ringing so I dont really get what the fuss is about really, not for the majority of people.

I agree. It will simply be like having phone on loud. My mum has absolute maximum volume on ringtone, I am assuming lots of people do based on public transport experience so shouldn't be some mega shock really

Not just you. I'm as interested in other people reactions. I intended to nip to Tescos just to see what people did. I imagine people will feel a little cringey. Will they stop shopping. Will they laugh. Will 55year old Alan give out a cheer? Will anyone be shocked?
I wanna people watch.

I also wonder if it will be very quiet in prisons and the guards will be listening in for muffled bleeps (?) from someone's bum!
