Waters broke 14 weeks is there any hope?

I think my waters broke and I'm only 14 weeks along, i was stood in the kitchen and all of a sudden there was a load of bloody liquid like wee but I wasn't weeing. Maternity unit wouldn't see me because I was less than 18 weeks and EPU is shut so they told me to ring 111 who said go to A&E so now I'm sat in A&E.

There is no hope for the baby though right? :( I have had 3 miscarriages and when this one got to 12 weeks and everything looked OK I stupidly began to relax.

If it’s any consolation, I bled heavily, bright red blood, almost constantly throughout my first pregnancy. I remember the feeing like it was yesterday, so I understand. I have no idea where that blood ever came from, but that baby will be 18 soon. I am sending positive vibes for you my love and I am so sorry you’re not getting the care you deserve. Lots of love x

This isn't a medical emergency. The NHS is barely managing medical emergencies, therefore you have not been prioritised. That makes logical sense to anyone.

However, this is a personal emergency for you. It's your baby! I totally understand and agree that it's just awful, and not good enough.

Hope you are doing OK. I think anyone who had history of losses and bleeding will understand how terrifying/devastating that is even if your life is not at risk as per say.

Keep popping back to check updates and hoping for good news for you op. I'm currently being monitored for early pregnancy bleeding. The waiting and unknown is awful.

BTW, I had a cervical erosion during my first pregnancy. I bled and the stink was vile, I was 28 weeks pregnant before the doctor on the mat ward, the only one who took it seriously, diagnosed the problem. The baby is now 34. I was petrified that I was miscarrying, giving birth early just due to the amount of blood lost. I wasn't. The baby was actually overdue in the end. I wish you well and here's a handhold from me.
