After recently discovering the song ‘Kiss you all over’ by the band Exile a few weeks ago it’s got me wondering how many other non mainstream gems there are out there that I’ve missed, is it unreasonable to ask what your unknown gem is?
Mine are…

Tina Turner- Don’t Turn around / I’ll be thunder / Ask me how I feel / Love thing / Paradise is here

Rolling Stones- Moonlight Mile

Bruce Springsteen- Racing in the streets

Bette Midler- Stay with me

I could listen to this on loop!! I love Colter.
I also love The Night (and every other song) by Morgan Wade.
There is also a Mongolian folk metal band called The Hu. They have a really catchy song called Wolf Totem that features Mongolian throat singing.... I love it!!
The Jompson Brothers- On the run
Uncle Lucius- Keep the wolves away
Chris Rodrigues and the Spoon Lady- Angels in heaven

Getting lost in You Tube has led to some great singers and bands that I would never have heard of otherwise.

Yay! I do listen on loop. I like to drive along and pretend I'm a protagonist in a Stephen King novel.

Wolf Children by Pure Obsessions and Red Nights. They are French and you can really hear the accent although this one is English. Really catchy.

I sent into my brother who said he knows why I like it, because I love 80s and it has an 80s feel to it.
