Tea drinkers tend to be slimmer than coffee drinkers.
Those weird people who don't drink any hot drinks are slimmest of all.
I drink loads of strong coffee with oat milk.
I am fat.

Tea with almond milk (unsweetened) top end of average weight.

@WillsandKatesDivorcePartyDJ I find plain water or no sugar squash better for that
If I'm doing well diet wise I'll drink loads of water and do feel so much better for it
Skin improves too

I drink black coffee and I am thin.

Average weight and drink buckets of coffee (I like tea as well but coffee gives me life energy). I have mine black with no sugar so it fills me up but does add calories

Me tea drinker - overweight.
Dc1 coffee drinker - underweight.
Dc2 no hot drinks - underweight.
Dc3 coffee drinker - normal bmi.

I drink several cups of tea (skimmed milk) and coffee (semi skimmed) a day.

I am massively obese and my patience is paper fucking thin.

Can't bear coffee. Drink some tea. Can often go several days without drinking a hot drink.

I have friends who are tea or coffee or both drinkers who range from underweight to morbidly overweight. I don't think the tea or coffee has much impact tbh.

DH is slimmer and an avid coffee drinker.
Colleague is obese and drinks neither.
Another colleague is very slim and drinks neither.
Friend is obese and drinks both.
Mil is very slim and drinks both.

I've drunk both for decades, coffee in the morning and tea throughout the day. I'm a bit overweight now. never was until recently though. This proves nothing I suspect.

I think it’s the complete opposite.

Coffee contains much more caffeine which gives you more energy and adrenaline which burns fat, increases your metabolism and acts as a laxative.

So it makes sense that coffee drinkers tend to be slimmer.

Overweight coffee drinker! I am making more effort to drink water and have started limiting myself to 3 cups a day.

Tea only, lots each day. No sugar and always skimmed milk.

Drink 8 cups of strong black sugarless coffee every day. Hate tea. Other drinks are 4 pints of water/squash per day. 5' 4" 8 stone 10.

There's coffee drinkers and coffee drinkers though. Black with no sugar v big buckets of essentially liquidised puddings.

My mum drinks even more coffee than I do and she's as far through as a bus ticket.

I mainly drink tea. One coffee a day. Tea is black. Coffee is with lactofree milk and 1 sugar. Normal BMI. My friend does not have any hot drinks and is teeny tiny.

I hate hot drinks of all kinds and I'm worryingly closer to a beach ball than a rake.
