Fiddler’s Green by the Tragically Hip. It’s about the lead singer’s nephew who died very young. At concerts he (Gord Downie, may he Rest In Peace) would dedicate it to his sister whenever they played it.

Also Moving On by James, the video is just heartbreaking. The lines in the song that get me the most are "Never said I love you, hope you knew", "When this cycle ends, Will it start again?
