Yes I hate the cold and the dark and struggle with mh during winter months. One thing I've found helps me is going out for evening walks with friends, even in the dark. Just getting some fresh air/exercise/a good chat a couple of times a week really helps me.

No, I love it, I find the summer hard though.

What do you love about the pissing down rain and navigating a car over black ice ? Just want to make sure I'm not missing something. This is a serious question, I need some positives.

I'm fine as long as I can get out for a run or a long walk.

The daylight and exercise cheers me up and gives me a shot of energy. I ran today although it was barely above freezing and I feel good. I saw deer and pheasants, a kestrel, snowdrops and catkins.

I struggle with endless heavy rain though.

I really hate the rain and cold dark mornings, I love says like today where it's been cold but sunny and crisp.

I'm a spring girl through and through.

I do notice a decline in my depression through the winter months.
