Light-hearted really and just wanted to share, loads of these scams floating around out there and the worrying part is some people probably do fall for them, but I had my fun.

This was on imessage and they gave me their full bank details, so not the brightest spark.

I would be tempted to find out their bank, contact them and see if I could help to get the account blocked as it is being used by a scammer.

This is not about cocaine 😂Yeah right.

My elderly neighbor will tell scammers that he doesn’t have any money to “donate” to whatever scammy charity call but he does have a friend who would be totally interested and really generous if they want to give them a call. He then proceeds to give them the local police non-emergency phone number. The police love it and have posted several videos of these phone calls between themselves and scammers.

That was brilliant.

My best attempt was when I had a phone call bout my road accident. My reply was to ask if I could get any compensation as I'd been killed in the accident. He transferred me to his manager who asked for details and was really understanding!!!.
She talked to me for five minutes before I got fed up and hung up.
