To buy a load of Prime drinks?

I’m currently abroad and those Prime drinks that everyone is going gaga over in the UK for, are easily available here and only £1.40 a bottle. AIBU to buy a boatload and sell them all on eBay when I get back to the UK next week? I’ve seen people selling empty bottles for £50 each on eBay!! I think it’s ridiculous that people are paying those prices but, I wouldn’t be forcing anyone to buy them, I’d just stick them into auction and people can pay whatever they’re willing to pay. A fool and their money and all that? Should I cash in whilst I can?

That boat has sailed. It's becoming more and more available all the time. Both my local Spar shops have got it in stock for £2 a bottle I think and there is always some on the counter.

If you look at they completed listings on eBay there's loads that have sold for about a couple of quid or so

I don't know if its greedy or a good business sense

A friend of mine was driving her son to various Asdas on a Sunday morning to pick up the allotted amounts you could buy. 4 bottles I think 🤔 He was then selling them for £10 a bottle at school. He's 12.

Someone had advertised some on a local sales site for a profit tonight and been ripped to shreds in the comments. I'm not sure you'll sell it, they hype must be dying down now it's available in Aldi

Bidding on all the bottles I’ve listed so far at £5-£8 each plus p&p so I’ve listed a load more. It seems the hype isn’t over yet ladies 😉

Yes, good luck. If the market dictates the price, more fool the people for being willing to pay that.

eBay is all about making people some extra money, no one is forcing parents to waste £8 on a crap energy drink.
