Link about flowers in the bin?
I have only seen this on MN.

That's why I put the question mark, I've only heard it on here but Meghan said Kate apologised and brought flowers. She didn't mention making an apology and to someone recently postpartum that would have been nice wouldn't it even if she really thought she was in the right. You know women supporting each other.

PicturesOfDogs · 09/01/2023 20:03

I haven’t read it, but if he’s writing about kids crying, that’s such a dick move.
His kids are very young still to be playing that game,

Ah that's less interesting.
I thought Justine might have finally had enough pf our derangement.

The thing is we all have our quirks, makes use human.

The text messages from Kate to Meghan over the dresses are very blunt.
Obviously so much tension there.
Which then resulted in a lot more ( first world ) problems for the daily Mail to froth over

I've never seen them, have you got a link?

Hawkins001 · 09/01/2023 20:05

Dustyblue · 09/01/2023 20:02

Oh yeah, forgot about that. Good point (looks for drama elsewhere)

In that case, who hacked the server, or will the "server" be used as a cover

Suboptimalsitch · 09/01/2023 20:06

Thank god! Tired and tedious

God yes, that’s exactly what I thought after watching Harry’s interview last night.

the80sweregreat · 09/01/2023 20:06

I just found it on the daily Mail website just now
I can't do links (sorry )
The text messages are printed on there
Sorry it's the DM !

Nice uncle if he's brought a child into it. It isn't as if a 3 year old crying is something to make a fuss about, particularly a 3 year old with a new baby sibling so possibly feeling a bit fragile.

WillBeatJanuaryBlues · 09/01/2023 20:07

@SighsTheNewWord ...what was the message? Not all of us follow it or post regularly?

tocahairchop · 09/01/2023 20:07

@the80sweregreat oh yes, the Daily Mail love to froth. Had to laugh at James O'Brien's observation about The DM's headline 'Spare us, Harry' Oh okay, you're not interested/not covering the story. Oh wait, you are and you're dedicating 17 pages to it 🤣

The Palace did it first and lied about what happened.

WillBeatJanuaryBlues · 09/01/2023 20:09

@the80sweregreat

I saw those texts and I'm not convinced they were real.

It looked like a mock up from daily mail purely from what Harry said.

Just as likely increased Mumsnet user traffic to the Royal Forum inadvertently created a DoS than a deliberate attack though!

MistletoeandBaileys · 09/01/2023 20:09

@Pearsandclocks ah thank you! There’s been so much info the last few days I missed that part!

There is definitely something up! Is it damage control? Surely it’s too late for that!

What also struck me as strange was that the dresses were made purely from measurements, not fittings .

WillBeatJanuaryBlues · 09/01/2023 20:10

He wasn't bringing a child into it in derogatory way!

Dustyblue · 09/01/2023 20:10

Ok, the DM is going off chops. I forgot that the books 'drops' today.

You mean there's more????

the80sweregreat · 09/01/2023 20:11

Against my better judgement , I've watched half the interview with Tom Bradbury and Prince Harry.
I don't think it's a bad as I thought it would be tbh , my first thought was why they had to sit on chairs on that looked so uncomfortable! It looked a bit strange.
It is a lot about nothing , he was obviously always in William's shadow and it I feel that once Meghan realized that they always would be, that's when she decided enough was enough. The tensions were there from the start
Many families don't get on though and this lot clearly never will

Just as likely increased Mumsnet user traffic to the Royal Forum inadvertently created a DoS than a deliberate attack though!

That's also a good point, although I would of thought mumsnet server farm, would be able to handle the increased bandwidth

RedToothBrush · 09/01/2023 20:11

meanwhile at mnhq someone is pressing control alt delete, rebooting the computer and pressing 'load backup'.

TizerorFizz · 09/01/2023 20:13

Curiouser and curiouser. The piece Justine wrote for the Telegraph where she said mn
users were deranged regarding Meghan has disappeared from their web site. The Telegraph sent me a link at lunchtime. Anyone else able to find it? It was in the Life section.

Just jumping in to say the memes thread was The Funniest I’ve read on here in years and I’m sad it’s been taken down 😢🤪

BrushingDog · 09/01/2023 20:17

I doubt it's MN as they said it's not them, and it's not a D notice as the press are publishing this and willing comments.

BrushingDog · 09/01/2023 20:18

*'allowing comments' that should read 😊
