For 100 million quid would you do a porn movie?

The porn movie is going to be huge as in bigger than the Pamela Anderson/ Paris Hilton one and you will be the main star.

Very explicit (although all legal) but it's going to be everywhere so everybody in your life will know it's you and you have to go on Oprah/Ellen and other big shows promoting it. Would you do it?

No

Alarchbach · 06/01/2023 17:01

Hell yes, I’d do it for far less than that too 😂😂

astarsheis · 06/01/2023 17:17

yes

OhIdoLike2bBesideTheSeaside · 06/01/2023 17:37

£100M??
Yeah why not?
I mean I'm no super model but I wouldn't care for that sort of money

ShakespearesBlister · 06/01/2023 17:57

I'd be lucky to earn a fiver 🤣

InsomniacVampire · 06/01/2023 17:58

Provided no one I know would see it, yes I would. But also, if they did, with this money I may not care...

redressgirl · 06/01/2023 17:58

yes absolutely

With my bad back and dodgy knees, it could double as a help the aged video on manual handling and how to safely move a patient

😂😂😂

Candymay · 25/04/2023 10:28

I don’t think anyone would want me. But if they did yes absolutely I’d take one for the team and share the money. Then hire an IP lawyer to remove all traces of the movie. After this it would become an amusing anecdote as I party in Mustique.

Do you think it's that different to the '50 shades' movie that Jamie Dornan did? I know that's not true porn but it's all much of a muchness isn't it really

eh not really, James Dornan didn't even show his penis in Fifty Shades. Was quite mild really. It was far from porn content.

He's done a photo shoot with his dick out though.

About the question, wouldn't have to think twice, yes. As long as I got a say in who my partner was.

People might know I'd done it but how many of them would actually watch it? If I knew a friend or acquaintance had done a porn movie I wouldn't be rushing to press play, personally.

I don't really find anything about the idea humiliating or degrading in any way, is the thing.

Simonjt · 25/04/2023 10:52

If I can choose who my co-star is then possibly, however and ex and I decided to film ourselves having sex, I can 100% confirm that people would pay not to see it.

Blamunge · 25/04/2023 10:54

I would do pretty much anything for £100m. I would certainly do much worse than a porno if that amount of money was at stake! You’re talking about the opportunity to set myself and my kids up for life - and my grandkids, and probably my great grandkids too. It’s not an opportunity you can turn down.

mjf981 · 25/04/2023 11:31

Sometimes these 'scenarios' are ridiculous. This would never happen. No-one would ever pay anyone even 1/100th of that to shoot a porn, never mind an unknown entity.

It's just some fun. I don't think you are meant to take it seriously. 💁🏻‍♀️

Anyway. I think for 100 million I'd have to do it. I would brazen it out by being unapologetic about it. I'd give 90 million to charity and keep 10 million. I could afford to pay for some therapy although I suspect some of the viewers might need some too 😂😂😂

MisanthropistToTheCore · 25/04/2023 13:39

No. This would be the equivalent of selling my soul to the devil.

It is not consenting sex. Consenting sex is an act two adults agree to carry out without any coercion.

What is proposed here is filmed prostitution. So a woman is given a lot of money to coerce her into being filmed doing sex acts. If she would not do it without the money, it is coercion. That film is then distributed for anyone to watch and wank over.

Most women involved in this are poor and have few choices. They do this to feed their kids or feed their drugs habit, or keep a roof over the families head. What they do is not immoral, they are just trying to survive and it is the people, largely men, exploiting them who are to blame.

What you are all talking about is filmed prostitution so you can have a gorgeous house, holidays, etc. It is not for survival. To agree to be filmed being prostituted and the film distributed shows a lack of morals. All you care about is money, not the industry you are supporting, not any potential impact on you long term or your marriage, and certainly not any impact on your kids. And if you really were paid so much (wouldnt happen I know), then loads of people would see the film. You don't get paid a lot for something only a few people would see. So your kids, your family members, everyone would know about it. But all that matters to women is the money. Clear lack of morals.

Well shoot down my dreams

CandlelightGlow · 25/04/2023 13:51

Obviously I would, for £100 million? Assuming I get to pick the partner in the video!

😂

listsandbudgets · 25/04/2023 13:54

Potentially though with my body I don't reckon there'd be a big market for it - flabby and late 40s with tits that are well on their way South

This is a hypothetical question though.

Outside of the very valid point that the porn industry in general takes advantage of women (though I would actually argue that the porn industry is quite removed from sex work in terms of risk and the volume of women involved), I take issue with the assumption that a woman would show an automatic "lack of morals" for being willing to participate in this scenario for money.

Surely if someone has bodily autonomy then what you perceive as "good" reasons for having sex vs "bad" reasons is completely subjective and has no bearing on another individual? Looking past the conservative ideal of "woman has sex because she is in loving relationship and better yet married", why should a woman be judged by what she chooses to engage in sex for?

I don’t think anyone would pay me to do porn. Unless it was a niche for a chubby knackered knocking 50 year old, then yes probably.

This. They'd probably pay me to NOT do the film!

But for 100 million, yes.

katyperryseyelid · 25/04/2023 14:01

Christ yes.

And fuck morals and it being prostitution, you have no idea what situation a large sum of money would change in my life that’s killing me.

No. My poor Mum and Husband - I'd be mortified. My self respect is worth way more than that.
