For 100 million quid would you do a porn movie?

The porn movie is going to be huge as in bigger than the Pamela Anderson/ Paris Hilton one and you will be the main star.

Very explicit (although all legal) but it's going to be everywhere so everybody in your life will know it's you and you have to go on Oprah/Ellen and other big shows promoting it. Would you do it?

It is not consensual sex if you have to be paid for it. It is filmed prostitution.

VisaGeezer · 06/01/2023 12:50

Bit of a pointless thread given that young beautiful women do porn for quite pitiful, exploitative amounts of money every day.

Lockheart · 06/01/2023 12:51

BradfordGirl · 06/01/2023 12:46

I am pretty disgusted at how many of you lack basic morals.

Could you explain, using objective terms please, no nebulous "it's gross" kind of statements, why consenting sex between adults which is filmed and made publicly available is immoral?

wegoagainplease · 06/01/2023 12:52

With my bad back and dodgy knees, it could double as a help the aged video on manual handling and how to safely move a patient

The OP says nothing about who the sex has to be with. You could choose someone who you regularly have sex with anyway.

Of course you can consent to sex for money. You can consent to sex for any reason you like. The important element is the consent. The only thing that would render it non-consensual would be coerced or forced consent, which there isn't any of in this hypothetical scenario.

barneshome · 06/01/2023 12:58

100m oh yes

It is not consenting sex. Consenting sex is an act two adults agree to carry out without any coercion.

What is proposed here is filmed prostitution. So a woman is given a lot of money to coerce her into being filmed doing sex acts. If she would not do it without the money, it is coercion. That film is then distributed for anyone to watch and wank over.

Most women involved in this are poor and have few choices. They do this to feed their kids or feed their drugs habit, or keep a roof over the families head. What they do is not immoral, they are just trying to survive and it is the people, largely men, exploiting them who are to blame.

What you are all talking about is filmed prostitution so you can have a gorgeous house, holidays, etc. It is not for survival. To agree to be filmed being prostituted and the film distributed shows a lack of morals. All you care about is money, not the industry you are supporting, not any potential impact on you long term or your marriage, and certainly not any impact on your kids. And if you really were paid so much (wouldnt happen I know), then loads of people would see the film. You don't get paid a lot for something only a few people would see. So your kids, your family members, everyone would know about it. But all that matters to women is the money. Clear lack of morals.

sounds no different to working in Tesco or a million other jobs

You're erroneously conflating the wider issues in the sex industry with an entirely hypothetical scenario. There is no coercion in the hypothetical scenario. This is not a desperate woman who needs to feed her kids or get her next drug hit or put money on the gas meter.

I'd argue the impact on the kids and family of having £100m and never having to worry about money for several generations would rather outweigh any negatives.

Dinodigger · 06/01/2023 13:03

You are right. I would literally only care about the £100m. If that is a clear lack of morals then ok. I personally don't think I could watch me and my family carry to struggle on financially when such an easy and quick way to make money was offered to me.

Dinodigger · 06/01/2023 13:04

And even if we weren't skint due to the cost of living crisis, why would I turn down £100m for a quickie to make my families life's better forever? It is a no brianer for me.

BradfordGirl · 06/01/2023 13:08

A porn film is never a filmed quickie.

The truth is you are all playing lets pretend like this is a fairytale.

Would it all just be fun and games if someone posted would you accept a million pounds to drive a car load of drugs across the country and deliver them to a named person? Would you all be saying this is an easy way to make money by just driving for a day?

This thread is deeply offensive.

noimaginationforausername · 06/01/2023 13:08

If someone wants to give that amount of money to see an overweight 43 year old do porn then who am I to say no.. As for the humiliation the £100 million will buy me some therapy and the 6 month long holiday in Barbados will help me get over the trauma!

if the price was right and I was guaranteed to get away with it I'd do it. I took drugs in my youth as did my friends. We all turned out alright.

also drug dealing and porn are different, 1 is legal and 1 isn't

Paracetamol? Sure. Illegal drugs? No. The key difference here is that porn is not illegal - your analogy is faulty.

SeaMills · 06/01/2023 13:46

I’d do it.

And DH says he will drive me to the appointments.

I'd definitely rather deliver the drugs than shoot the porno.

What's offensive? Are you a porn star and feel were minimising your career?

eastegg · 06/01/2023 13:57

pillow56 · 05/01/2023 19:02

Probably would as well but I'd need to think a bit more. Question really is what is the lowest you'd take

I gave a generous sum so people wouldn't dispute the amount. I'm torn on my response, my parents are highly conservative and elderly so would be devastated over it and it would likely put my father into an early grave, but if they were dead I'd definitely do it as I don't care for my siblings.

Yes, my first thoughts were about my parents and my kids. So it’s a no from me.

Totally wouldn't care about my parents or kids watching it - none of them would care

But my clients ShockShockShock or my Co-workers ShockShockShock

Surely you mean EX clients & co workers, so what does it matter?

eastegg · 06/01/2023 14:12

I think it’s difficult to get a proper idea of what people’s responses mean without knowing what this hypothetical movie would actually contain. Some people might be imagining normal sex but filmed. A PP even suggested it could be with your usual sexual partner! I think for £100m, you do what the director says! In fact you would have to for any amount of money. I’m thinking about the type of shots, camera angles, degrading acts etc (all legal unless involving children or animals) that would be involved. And actually I’m going to stop thinking about it now!

As I say, a no from me.

Yes.

There, that was easy enough.
