The weirdest thing…I’ve just read about her pregnancy, saw the pictures of her in the snow with her little ones..and just had a massive pang of envy.
Never had that before about Stacey Solomon..just seems nice, the young kids…all the money
Very grateful for my Dd, 4, but can’t have more and would love more. Very grateful to have a roof over our heads and doing ok..but would love more!
I’m not an envious/jealous person normally so it’s taken me a bit by surprise, I’ve also never been interested in S.S either way, although she seems a nice person I suppose 🤷🏻‍♀️

She does seem nice, and does seem to have it all. But I’m sure that there’s things she would change too. Feel jealous for a bit, then tomorrow count the blessings you do have. Nothing wrong with a brief wallow.

Same situation. One DS. Highly unlikely to have more. I felt the same. Seems like a lovely person, but 5 kids? All I wanted was one more. C’est la vie, but it still sucks!

It's all for the instagram though isn't it. I do find her very contrived. I'm always amazed when they say the pregnancy was such a shock too! How??

My first thought was “fucking hell, 5 children” but then actually I very quickly reminded myself how many children someone has is no one else’s business.

She doesn't have it all though, just remember we only see short clips of their life's. We don't know what goes on behind closed doors.

It sounds like it was a 'surprise'. But I do genuinely think that it's nice that her and Joe are settled and happy.
I know she's spoken in the past about wishing her eldest two had the privileges that the younger ones have. I do think she's worked hard (and so has Joe) and they are very grateful for what they have.
5 kids though!!! Wooaaahhh!!!

She used to live up the road from me. Having seen her old house In spite of everything she does have, there just one thing I can assure you that she hasn't got. Taste.

She's done well for herself, that's clear. She comes across as down to earth to maybe easier to compare yourself to her than someone like (say Kate Middleton). She seems to have it all (which she does) but I'm sure the pressures of being in the public eye are present as well.

they've known for months. It's really obvious she's been wearing baggy clothes and hiding it.

Tedious performative pregnancies, child bearing, Instagramming a career, orange husband gurning crazily all the time.....she seems a very nice person but probably has alot of issues to put up with from the husband.

I saw her on Loose women a while ago and thought maybe she just hadn’t lost the weight from her recent baby (not that she has to!) I was sure she only had a baby a few months ago it seems 😅

Kind of like when they decided to adopt a rescue dog and then a matter of days later they had one - when regular people are waiting weeks/months and told no because they gave young children.

I liked her until I also read that her two oldest don’t have their bedrooms in the actual house and in a separate building. Bizarre.

I just think what a rubbish life they must have never experiencing anything private but it needs to be posted for the world to see. She's really annoying too which might colour.my opinion.

Habits. Have watched him on panel shows and he's very pumped up. I feel for her as she is aware this is a window to capitalise on their fame as a family and I'm not sure he's easy to be around. But, it's not my life.

I used to work with a girl who grew up with her. Apparently she isn’t as nice as she appears to be - at least not to everyone. So try not to get too jealous. She’s only human like the rest of us.

Where did you read that??

Only because I remember seeing on her instagram her dad making one of the massive rooms upstairs in to two for the boys not in a separate building.

If she wants 5 kids thought then that's no one else’s business.

It’s so tough that you can’t have more kids and it’s only natural that seeing her post will trigger envy. You, and any others in that situation, have my sympathy OP 💐 I can’t even imagine the longing that you must feel.

Stacey started off as a very ordinary person, and with a lot of luck, leads a privileged life. It’s easy for us to identify with her and think - why not me? Only through chance has her life turned out the way it has.

Good luck to her, especially compared to others who’ve been born into privilege, will lead a life of privilege and who’ve done nothing to help others - our recent chain of bumbling PMs for example.
