I'm home alone today. I've warmed up some tinned mixed beans and mixed them with Ainsley's spicy cuppa soup and a Heinz tomato cuppa soup. I'm lazy aren't I? Not usually this lazy and enjoy cooking I just really cba.
Eating this in a bowl.
Any Royle family fans, this is cuppa soup with a big twist 🤣

Instant custard. A tin of rice pud. Cold ravioli from the tin. A spoonful of peanut butter. Not all together though

CuriousMama · 13/12/2022 15:56

Smoked salmon, fresh salmon, black pepper, lemon, Mayo and a handful of baby leaves.

Glass of champagne

Mmmm..

donttalkaboutbookclub · 13/12/2022 15:58

Muesli, with some fresh fruit in if I can be bothered.

Dreamwhisper · 13/12/2022 15:58

Goast cheese, ricotta and red onions cooked in honey and mixed with pasta. It tastes delicious and fancy but it's super quick and easy!

Simple soften the red onion while the pasta is cooking. Preferably stir in some vegetable stock along with the ricotta and goast cheese. Add mushrooms if you like, or some kind of smokey ham like pancetta, or both! If you can be bothered.

It's all done by the time the pasta is cooked😛

Chicken supernoodles covered in sriracha with a poached egg on top.

spirit20 · 13/12/2022 16:03

Pour a can of chickpeas and a can of tuna together. Really filling! Can put in microwave with some cheese if you're feeling fancy.

JennyForeigner · 13/12/2022 16:09

Stilton, from a spoon.

petalsandstars · 13/12/2022 16:12

Tortilla chips with melted cheese on and a tex-mex dip selection. Love nachos.

Bliss

Cheese toastie in air fryer with mushrooms and a bit of other leftovers. Under six minutes for a feast.

You can do toasties in an air fryer?! Well, that's just changed my life!

BernadetteRostankowskiWolowitz · 13/12/2022 16:22

Aldi do a tinned mild chicken curry. Heat that up and dip salted crackers in it (no rice).

Ostryga · 13/12/2022 16:22

White rice microwaved until hot, crack an egg yolk in, stir quickly until all mixed in, furikake seasoning on top or just soy sauce and sesame seeds.

Ultimate comfort food and takes 2 minutes.

RewildingAmbridge · 13/12/2022 16:24

Golden savoury rice with one of the little tins of tuna with chillies and garlic or jalapenos

RewildingAmbridge · 13/12/2022 16:26

Or pitta bread smear of pesto inside, cheese and sliced tomatoes, put it in the toaster, you can use a toasta bag or fashion one from baking paper or foil - I cannot guarantee the health and safety of the latter

Summerfun54321 · 13/12/2022 16:34

Crisps and wine. Sweets for pudding.

Cornishclio · 13/12/2022 16:37

Bacon, egg, tomatoes, mushrooms and baked beans with toast. Or pasta with a spoon of passata and grated cheese. Baked potato with beans and cheese

greenhousegal · 13/12/2022 16:41

Weetabix and Oatibix together with soya milk. So full, so nice, so easy. No sugar added.

I have to observe a low sodium diet, so anything (other than above which are low salt) from a packet or a tin or ready made or cup a soup or anything EASY is out.

Any other ideas for when I'm starving and can't be arsed to cook?

The only other easy thing for me is a three egg omelette naked with just pepper and butter on the top. But that means a pan and a plate, knife and fork to wash up. 😂

LP9 · 13/12/2022 17:01

Eggy bread and lots of HP sauce.

Sugargliderwombat · 13/12/2022 17:06

Tilda rice microwave with frozen veg and sweet chilli sauce

grownup2 · 13/12/2022 17:10

Something in breadcrumbs from the freezer (eg chicken kiev or fat fish fingers) - in air fryer pretty hot for astonishingly less time than it says on the packet (turn once) and eat with bread and mayo plus tomato quarters if feeling fancy. Or just a big bag of crisps (yes, they count).

StarCourt · 13/12/2022 17:12

crisp sandwich
