What’s something you’ve done this week/month that no one knows about?

Today I stood outside of KFC and enjoyed a fillet burger after my 1 hour gym session! I didn’t bother bringing it home for DP to see as I already had a Starbucks frappe and a slice of cake this afternoon😂

Ate a bag of peanuts, I absolutely love peanuts but I'm allergic to them. It's not a respiratory, death inducing allergy but it's an oral allergy which has developed later in life, linked to hay fever. Basically I cough like crazy, have a little trouble breathing and have terrible diarrhoea the next day. ( know I'm an idiot), I promised DH and DC that I wouldn't eat them again. I was so so ill that I've now promised myself I won't eat them again.
Boy will I miss those salty balls of loveliness!

Had an ultrasound scan of my abdomen because I'm terrified I have an aortic aneurysm brewing (family history, weird pain and pulse). Didn't tell husband as he freaks out at a sneeze never mind anything else. I won't get the results until next week though I assume a bit sooner if they find something concerning...

I rejoined myfitnesspal this morning.

A few years ago I lost 3 stone, but got pregnant at the end of 2020 and comfort eating, lots of coffee and cake, and a lack of exercise means it's all gone back on again. I lost a baby last week and have decided I'm going to channel my grief into getting fit and losing the weight again... or some of it before I get pregnant again.

Fell over doing the school run. Didn't pass out or anything I just tripped. I'm recovering from a chest infection and I just feel generally weak atm and sleeping a lot I'm signed off sick from work with it

It doesn't matter if we stay friends or not. We met doing an activity and have booked to do the same activity abroad next year. I am confident we'll all go, but even if they didn't, I'd be happy going alone. It was such good fun to meet people who are up for random stuff.

Helped an amazing woman that was coerced to giving up her child for adoption in the 1960's connect with other women who will understand her without having to navigate the various cesspits of the internet.

This is fabulous! I once helped a child given up in the 60s find her birth mother. All worked out well.
