Where do the Conservatives find these awful women right now? Truss, Patel, Coffey, Braverman. They make previous Tory senior women like Thatcher and May appear souls of sanity, kindness and compassion, and downright scoundrels like Johnson harmless scallywags.

Braverman’s vile and incompetent and the longer she stays, the faster will Sunak’s reputation for competence evaporate. Nothing but a general election will solve this crap.

She’s on my list of Portillo moments at the next GE. Along with Rees Mogg, Patel and Coffey. I don’t suppose Truss or Johnson will stand again.

Ive moved beyond being shocked and disgusted at this governemnt to feeling truly upset. Braverman's words this evening in the HoC were despicable -we have a fascist government. And many people are OK with that.

I thought Braverman/Patel were just pantomime, playing up to the Tory crowd to make them like them. Sort of like the kid who makes fun of their own skin colour to fit in with the racists.

Then I saw a photo of Braverman's wedding and I realised she actually does just hate brown people. And Patel's dad was a UKIP councillor. Sad.

What was in the photo?

Almost exclusively white people.

Neither Johnson or May were decent or harmless people and said and did equally awful things, Johnson in particular.

Those women all have demonstrable 'issues'. I wouldn't employ any of them as they all rely on distorting the truth - lie - to get what they want. Abysmal collection of people, dreadful. Expect Braverman to be out before the end of the month. She makes even Tory teeth ache, she's an embarrassment and incompetent.

Matt Hancock has been suspended as a Conservative MP after joining the latest series of IMACGMOOH!

I hadn't noticed he was in the line up, it's not my kind of show! That won't go down well round here, he's the MP for the neighbouring constituency to me.

I guess he knew he wasn't getting a government role, so went for his next best option of eating bugs on TV.

If I was one of his constituents I'd be livid.

And I say again, fucking adult-up and do your fucking jobs.

I will be watching. It's totally my kind of show. Hancock isn't in the main line up. I'll be watching for Boy George, Mike Tindall and Charlene White. It's one of these programmes which reinforces the fact that we are all just human beings. Not 'celebrities' 'Tories' 'Socialists' etc.

Nadine got away with doing I'm a Celeb and didn't Penny Mordaunt do Splash? Plus of course George Galloway did Big Brother as a sitting MP though he wasn't a representative of a major party at that point.

I don't think any of them should be doing residential entertainment shows where they have severely restricted access to the outside, while Parliament is sitting.

There's simply just no justification for it.

Apparently he's tried to justify it to the Whips by saying he'll use his time there to promote his Dyslexia campaign. Sure, Matt.
