To ask if Evri (Hermes) is the worst delivery service?

Ok, I have to know if Evri (Hermes) is the worst of the bunch. I've had two parcels get lost in the last month.

My absolutely fave is Royal Mail, but not all shops offer it. So if Royal Mail isn't available is there a lesser evil than Evri?

Depends on your local couriers I think and when they deliver.

Ours are pretty good if they can access the building (flats).
