To ask for a handhold I feel so alone

I'm due to have a 6/7 week scan tomorrow after multiple miscarriages (double figures) and I've got period like cramps and bleeding.

I've been bleeding on and off for 2 weeks, no clots.

I feel so alone and I just want to cancel my scan in the morning. Time and time again I've sat in that waiting area, I've had to listen to the "I'm sorry" words, I've had to sit in the family room with a useless leaflet about miscarriage and a box of tissues.

I'm not religious but I could really do with some positive thoughts being put out there for me tonight, I'm not sure I can endure another loss 😢

I cried in everyone of my scans across my last pregnancy, bar one where the consultant exclaimed she’d never seen me not crying 🙈

i now have two children and have all my toes and fingers crossed for you ♥️

Baby is measuring on track at 8 weeks and 2 days and has little arm and leg buds!

I'm so sorry to hear that some of you have been through the same, it's so so hard and I'm so happy to hear successful pregnancy stories 🥰

To answer a couple of you, I have had progesterone, clexane injections and aspirin in previous pregnancies.

They are going to start me on progesterone today due to a little bit of bleeding every now and then.

Thank you all again, my next scan will be in 4 weeks when I should hopefully be 12 weeks 🥹🙏🏻

So pleased to see this OP. I've had six miscarriages and am waiting to find out if my current pregnancy is going to stick (had a scan yesterday - should be 8 weeks like you but measuring 6 so I'm really not hopeful although the consultant was positive), so I know a little of the hopelessness you have felt.
