Friday night pig out meal

Everyonelovesharry · 30/09/2022 14:59

It’s dh’s night to put Dd to bed..from 7.30 onwards, I’m planning a night of Netflix, Totp 2 & Gogglebox.
Fancy an easy selection of crap foods to pig out on too 🤣it’s been a healthy week and now I’m starving.
I don’t drink anymore, so it’s all about the food.
I’m thinking maybe nachos/crisps and dips or pizza and something chocolatey, coke (drink it about twice a year) maybe cheese, crisps and mayo on white bread 🤔
What’s your go to?

I would order a Chinese or Thai takeaway to be delivered at 8 for dinner. Lots of starters to eat throughout the evening.

Or fancy crisps and taramasalata.

namechange202086 · 30/09/2022 15:36

Mixed pakora, chicken tikka pizza, chips and cheese, korma sauce, Nan bread

Then mint choc chip ice cream

xogossipgirlxo · 30/09/2022 15:42

Huge bowl of pasta with lots of cheese.

MarigoldMoonStone · 30/09/2022 15:46

Tesco finest sea salt & malt vinegar crisps
spicy coated peanuts
moam chewy bars
Chinese takeaway
Dr Pepper
sticky toffee pudding & vanilla ice cream

Oh I love crap food with crap telly.
Hot food, extra laziness, takeaway pizza, kebab meat and chips.
Cold has to be a chicken mayo sarnie, pringles, the full tub obviously and a galaxy share box that I will not share.
If alcohol is involved I'll drink wine. I don't drink very often so it would usually be a can of lilt.
Enjoy your Friday!

MinnieMountain · 30/09/2022 15:52

A big mixed kebab. Or beef Supernoodles with tinned sweetcorn.

Lakeyloo · 30/09/2022 16:03

If it's not a takeaway, ours is a party food buffet ... chicken dippers, potato wedges, filo prawns, onion rings, pizza, breaded garlic mushrooms, duck spring rolls, sweet chilli dips, garlic dips, hoisin. All out the freezer, in the oven and then spread out on warm platters on the coffee table while we drink gin/wine/beer and watch crap TV in our PJs. Perfect Autumn evening

KangFang · 30/09/2022 16:07

Takeaway - like curry chips and battered sausages or something like that.
Coke.
Naice chocolate.
Some sweets.
Crisps or nachos and dip.

mummyh2016 · 30/09/2022 16:07

I know it's only September but I have a Camembert with a sourdough loaf for dipping for tonight!

lannistunut · 30/09/2022 16:07

Tonight we're having pasta with cheese sauce, followed by cake

Youngatheart00 · 30/09/2022 16:08

Can’t beat a Friday night curry, or pizza

enjoy!!

warmeduppizza · 30/09/2022 16:08

Obscene amounts of sliced onions slowly fried for about an hour 😋

SpaceyCake · 30/09/2022 16:11

I've been really into McDonald's in the last year or so. It's so bad but I love the McPlant and fries and a frappé. 🤤 Tempted to go for one tonight but we're trying to save money so maybe something else...

PennyPinkleton · 30/09/2022 16:12

As it’s getting a bit chilly all extra food is justified IMO 😁

I’m Gluten-free and lactose-free and do miss a ‘proper’ takeaway pizza!

I’m doing myself an Asian duck salad as a treat tonight, followed by honey roasted cashews, Mrs Crimbles Bakewell slices and Cherry Pepsi Max

Karatema · 30/09/2022 16:15

Not so much the crap food but fruit & nut chocolate is a must for a pig out evening! Even better if I have 2 bars Smile

Youdoyoutoday · 30/09/2022 16:16

Go to takeaway for being lazy is Vietnamese, love our local one.
Proper slumming it has to be pizza with sides like spicy chicken wings, not even a fork needed so no washing up! 😃

cheeseandpeanutbutter · 30/09/2022 16:16

Lots of cheese and tapas bits from M&S with fresh bread.... mmmm

Ohyoudodoyou · 30/09/2022 16:17

Dine in for two...but for one. Nirvana.

Flossyhair · 30/09/2022 16:20

Olives, crackers, cheese, red wine and a bag of Maltesers.

Half a crispy duck and special fried rice all to myself.
Unfortunately never happens these days as we live too far from a takeaway. Sad times.

DWMoosmum · 30/09/2022 16:42

Baked Camembert with crusty bread, olives, chorizo, sun-dried toms, stuffed mini peppers, fancy crisps, and a cake.

ShhDoNotTell · 30/09/2022 16:48

Nepalese takeaway followed by cake and chocolate. Yum.

NiteNight · 30/09/2022 16:50

A huge salad perhaps?
