Inpost -stuck at sorting office

Not an aibu, posting for traffic as I'm very stressed.

I've got 5 parcels currently at in the sorting office according to tracking info, all posted in InPost lockers on Sunday and collected by courier on the same day.

The parcels are returned items for a refund, a couple of hundred pounds worth.

Has anyone else been experiencing delays with InPost? Did it get sorted?

Mine are also coming through in random order. One has been there for 3 weeks at the sorting office and hasn't moved, but 2 that were there for almost 2 weeks were delivered a few days ago. They do seem to be moving slowly but surely though!

Re parcels which are for returned items - contact the retailer and give proof of the return postage. If you told them already within 14 days of delivery that you planned to return the items, they should definitely process your refund. Otherwise, if the retailer gave you a free returns using InPost then it's less clear cut legally, but I'd still ask for a refund. I'd get one (I am a lawyer and know how) but you'd have to be persistent and know your stuff if they initially said no.

And also in this situation. Vinted is being spectacularly unhelpful. Really puts me off using Vinted. They want me to wait about a month before I can get a refund. For an autumn coat which won't be much good to me if I don't have it now.

Something I sent hadn't tracked since 17th September, tracking has changed this morning to say it's at the destination locker. Things are getting there slowly!

Three weeks for one of my parcels now. Vinted will be refunding in the next few days if that one hasn't arrived.

I posted a parcel for vinted it has been in transit for over 2 and half weeks...Its never happened before...Ive contacted them and they have told me to wait as they are having problems due to a load to vinted parcels being sent!!! I've contacted inpost and vinted but no joy!!!

Mine took nearly 3 weeks and finally arrived, hopefully yours will be there soon.

This is interesting! I have never used Inpost before, but I’ve just sold some stuff on Ziffit and chose that as the way to send my parcel. However since then all the lockers in my town are continually marked as full so I haven’t been able to drop it off yet. Perhaps I will see if I can change to another method!

No Inpost is saying it's delivered ... I've not been given a code to access the locker + tracking says in transit, and Vinted are saying I need to complete a letter to say I've not received it.

I posted on the 8th September and my buyer got it this morning. Wow.

I've been waiting a month now for 2 inpost Vinted parcels, will never use them again

I'm still waiting for one. The seller has been in a panic that I might blame them for the delay, but I reassured I know it's the fault of Inpost/Vinted.

I sold an item on Vinted that was received by the inpost sorting facility on 16th September. No communication since. Vinted have now said that if it's not received by13th October they will issue compensation.
Very poor service from Inpost.
That said, there is now a Vinted pop up that says that EVRi are experiencing delays!

Mine has finally been delivered today after 29 days!!!

Both my buyer and I have emailed in-post during that time to chase and got no response.
Will not be adding back as a postage option to my Vinted items!

Mine from 12th September has still not arrived. Me and the seller have raised an issue in vinted which has now been over the 48 hours and they haven’t dealt with it at all. Feel like giving up with Vinted as well as they don’t deal with any issues properly at all.

I'll be refunded in 14th (so tomorrow) as I still don't have one parcel.

Screenshot the date. Vinted have been changing the date on peoples accounts so they can't claim, it's all over the vinted fb pages.

Mine took 18 days recently to go eight miles. It arrived broken.

Thanks. I've just screenshot both remaining delayed parcels- one dated 14th and one dated 17th October to claim a refund.

I started this thread under a different username, and since I first posted, my last parcel made it to its destination this week!

Absolutely ridiculous!

Checking today (13/6) I've got 5 waiting to be delivered to me all stuck at Heathrow. Have contacted InPost and they are not interested.

I think they're having problems again because I currently have two stuck.

Shame. It's really convenient when it works, though QR codes haven't been working lately, and they've been omitting them from pickup texts, and I wonder if that's related.

omg same ive had 5 parcels which havent moved in 5 days now and i go away on holiday but all have been sent as well as others have been sent to almost 5 different sorting centres

mine have been in sorting facilities 5-6 times different ones and had no update of where my parcel is
