To be impressed that Holly and Phil queued to see the Queen

I saw on the news today that they both paid their respects. I know MPs got tickets to jump the queue which is fair enough given how busy they are running the country, but obviously run of the mills celebrities don't get that sort of treatment. We haven't seen many celebrities actually pay tribute given they wouldn't want to queue so long, so I was quite touched to see the picture of them walking through. True British gems.

I imagine Schofield to be the DON'T YOU KNOW WHO I AM type. They probably let him through to save the queue turning nasty after having to stand with him for hours.

Senior politicians - security nightmare to have them queuing for hours with randomers who haven't been checked. Same as anyone REALLY famous like Madonna level of fame. But then again, you'd think if you're that famous, you accept your fame means you're not going to be able to go, and watch the live stream instead.

It's only the likes of this pair of ITV "stars" who expect special treatment. Hope there is a backlash but British Gems appear to be untouchable - see whichever one of Ant and Dec got done for drink driving.

They did not queue with everyone else. I queued for 12hr almost exactly until I went into the hall. The people queueing had to dress warmly with sensible footwear. It was hard to to look nicely put together and be practical and warm. I walked through the hall and saw both of them sat in a private viewing area that is not show in tv. It on the left of the camera view, so when you look at the live feed and the camera is high up above the door arch there is a VIP Viewing area there. They were both sat next to each other dressed very smartly. Phillip S was instantly recognisable and then sat next to him was Holly with her perfectly done hair and black face mask on - I would assume to hide who she was and not draw attention on herself. But Phillip was a total giveaway. I have no idea how long they sat there watching though. They were amongst a dozen or so people viewing

Yy to the dress code. It was almost impossible for me to dress smart and sit (stand,) In the street for 12 hours.
I had to be practical

Like fuck did they queue. They went through a minute or two after DH, who HAD queued for 11 hours.

I'm still not convinced they skipped the queue to be honest, they are not dignitaries, I don't believe the Royal Family would make exceptions for random celebrities. What next.. the cast of Love Island or TOWIE streaming through?

I was surprised too. They must have claimed press credentials. But I promise you they were in the VIP queue. It is on the left hand side of the live feed, closest to the wall.

Yeah. People being given special privilidges like that goes against the whole spirit of Monarchy.

I thinks it's clear from their appearance compared to Susanna Reid they have not been queue with everyone else for more than 7 hours...

If the lanyards don't convince you, look at where they were walking. Walking next to the wall and on flagstones (not the carpet) is the route the VIPs take after exiting the high level walkway.

Looking at the feed right now - is that Jacinda Ardern, New Zealand's Prime Minister?

Where is her Garden? Can she physically see or is it more or a psychic eye thing? Who is she? Does Charles know she's spying? Can yo user anything useful?

Clearly says in news channels that they joined the press queue. They are not going to wear that attire queuing for hours are they.
