Absolutely allowed on both. They don’t shed so that helps.
I wouldn’t see the point in having them if I couldn’t benefit from nightly cuddles 🥰

I don’t even allow dogs in the house (horribly allergic). We booked a holiday cottage once that was strictly no pets, but stank of dog so badly that we couldn’t use the sofas, and also had white dog hair in the tumble dryer and on the carpets. We met the housekeeper in the village, along with her white dog! and realised why

I think this question was meant for people who actually have dogs.
