Is there anything more repulsive than Boris Johnson pretending to give a shit about Ukraine?

Has he no shame?

And is there anyone stupid enough to fall for today's crass publicity stunt?

Why would you think that he doesn’t care? Just your own prejudice?

You really can fool some of the people all of the time 😂

The actual Russian invasion springs to mind.

Lol. According to our Ukrainian guest Zelensky was not well thought of prior to the war. Bit of grudging respect for him now admittedly but he certainly isn't a hero figure.

BJ is trying to muscle in on his reputational gains. He’s such a leech.

When Johnson, Blair, any UK or US leader talks about Ukraine their narrative is just "we support Ukraine" and they say nothing, literally nothing, about the eight years lead up to the war and about various other complexities - "complexities" is putting it diplomatically. The complete lack of reference almost gives me the feeling that they are doing what they are told. But who by?! I am not usually a conspiracy theorist.

But I do also find it interesting thought that Boris has admitted that in the early months the government knew very little about covid. Maybe the same thing will apply in relation to this conflict.

Blair has not held a leadership role for over a decade so not sure why he is listed here, valid as the point may otherwise be.

The president wasn’t too busy to arrange a commemorative flagstone for him. Or have a medal award ceremony. What useful purpose did Johnson’s visit have? He’s done nothing of any value since he resigned, it’s all been bread and circuses.

It's keeping Ukraine in the UK press. Zelensky wants everyone to remember the war is still going on so regularly invites leaders to visit.
