To be annoyed with guys walking around town topless??

Whenever the sun comes out you're guaranteed to see a few guys wandering around topless. I'm not a prude, nor do I want to bodyshame anyone. I mean, wear as little as you like on the beach or pool. Just seems arrogant that they believe women or girls are impressed or that other guys are intimidated and jealous

It seems fine for women of all ages in other cultures. Everyone looks very comfy and nobody seems bothered!

Don’t tell them what to wear, teach the women not to stare.

True. There's nothing wrong with bodies, young ones, old ones, bodies of all sizes. Long live them all and let's celebrate that they are well lived in, rather than faint away at the sight of unseemly flesh.
