Just had a binge watch of old episodes of Americas Next top model on youtube and it showed me Katie and Peter stateside - their opd documentary..I used to watch it and love them as a couple together. Was gutted when they split but like everyone else at the time I remember thinking how awful Katie was and how she was in the wrong during that infamous massive row they had in that shop in LA.
It pops back up and so I watch it again, near in mind this is after years of me seeing ir. And cant believe it! Its like a brand new argument - completely saw this in a different way.
Pete was the onein the wrong, not Katie. In fact he was awful, actually abusive? Swearing at her calling her a f*king b**ch, "a cow", "you think youre gonna get away with it?"
Bleeding hell, if this isnt abusive I dont know what is! Im more in shock because I remember all the stick KP got, the hate campaign and the "team Pete" . He deserves a medal and all that bollocks.
It just doesnt make sense. How can anyone see it for what itnwas? In fact watching it again, KP hardly spoke..it was all Pete winding her uo, qlmost goading her and then blasting her when she bit back at him..Im just really shocked I guess....😶 makes you wonder how things can get so easily misrepresented.

Mum of the year strikes again. Hasn't seen her kids in over 3 weeks including missing Princesses birthday so what does she do in the 2 hours a week she has them? Oh thats right something amazing and fun and takes them to a nail salon so she can get her nails done. Ffs. She is a disgrace as a mum, an absolute disgrace.

She’s been very stupid with her choices in men. But I think Peter Andre took her reputation and a lot of her money. No one is saying she’s perfect but he is always portrayed as saintly. When you look back at that series they did he is awful. Constantly belittling her and undermining. When he says awful things she looks so hurt. Then he ends the relationship so he can be super dad. She then has to earn money to look after herself, Harvey and pay him alimony. While he swans around being all god like.
It was planned and the start of her obvious issues. Her addiction problems seem to have become more apparent when she found out how ill her mum was.

She has been away for over 3 weeks on holiday and only has those kids 2 hours a week. Do you really think the younger 2 especially the boy wanted to spend their time with her watching her get her nails done? Why not take then to the park? Or the beach? Actually no, there are zero texts, his fiancé is alleging she “overheard” her say it. This is the same fiancé who took out a restraining order again KP because she’s “terrified” of her yet makes constant digs at her calling her a bad mother on Instagram. I started a sympathetic thread about KP mental health last year and it was taken down as “ not in the spirt.Thereby setting up the idea that mental health issues are some sort of embarrassment rather than solvable. Her choices are all currently terrible but no one steps in to help her see breast implants aren’t news and mustn’t drive unless sober and drug free.

Shes not disgusting. She’s got self esteem issues compounded by the fact she makes her living through exactly those issues.
She really liked Pete and for what it’s worth I think he really really liked her. But neither could compromise for the other. Their stage alter egos were too strong.

Where did you get she’s absolved from? Clearly she must know it’s wrong but being arrested and going to court are just fuelling the fire for her need for publicity. She needs help with her issues. Why is she actually not in prison?
Theres so many other threads where the mere mention of mental health is enough to shut down any possibility that posters might be wrong. You don’t tell people with eating disorders to be accountable for themselves. But here KP is screwing herself and her family in front of us all.
When she does have a serious accident and hurts or kills someone or herself it will be too late and everyone will say someone should have stepped in.
