I saw the Stones in concert over the weekend - amazing show - and only just realised they're on Instagram.

So I started following them and spotted this shot of Keith, aged 29 in 1972 and bloody hell! He was a bit of all right wasn't he? Who'd have guessed??

Don't do drugs, kids.

His teeth were like that because he had a mega drug habit.

Bruce looks as pleased to see us are we are pleased to see him.

He always had terrible teeth.

Mick Keith and Brian were all gorgeous I wonder if there’s anyone on here who was on an MSN group about 20 years ago devoted to the Stones and Anita Pallenberg? My name on it was mrskeithrichards. It was when the internet was a novelty still and it was great when everyone would share photos that were ‘new’

No of course I didn't but I would've never assumed he was as good-looking as that in his youth.

He's awesome. He was in a band called The Biters. Proper old school rock & roll. Should have been big. Check out a song called 1975 on you tube probably.

Love the Stones too. Keef certainly does look like my cup of tea ( 30 years ago I'm old as fuck now)

What is truly attractive about him is not just his looks but an old-fashioned sort of Englishness.
Apart from Robert Plant - who also seems quite a bit like that-the rest are too rough and crude for my liking.

Talking about in terms of old rock star attractiveness to fans here. Obviously I don't know them!

I had my own sort of 'Dave' once but it didn't last. Very sad face. He was beautiful.
