What would you expect to turn up in the bag from the online menu there?

The op's screenshot looks nothing like what is there online. I see this.

The picture with 2 burgers is on the duo bundle. The meal has one burger. So what did the op order? There is nothing misleading about the online ordering images.

A bundle implies 2 burgers, 2 chips and 2 cokes otherwise it's just a meal.

Ah I can see the mistake OP made now. But I'd never pay £10.49 for one meal from BK

I don't suppose op will be back, but some clarification of where those screen shots are from would help. I can't see images like that (with misleading photos) anywhere on line.

A screen shot of the actual ordewr with identifying info removed would clear this up in seconds.

Sorry the order was from deliveroo, not just eat.
