To ask how many people you've slept with?

Do you even know the number.. I was thinking today that I've never actually 'tallied' it (not sure if it's a more male thing to do!) but I think it's around 9 or 10.

I've no idea what's considered high/low for women.. and I assume mens are higher.. although my partner tells me he's only slept with 2 people which shocked me!

Non consensual doesn't count. It's not sex, it's rape. So doesn't get included.

I think its around 30

30-40? Only one in the last 14 years, my dh. I was quite wild when I was younger and got a lot of attention because I was attractive. A lot I kind of regret but I feel I didn’t have the best upbringing and guidance. It was (mostly) fun though.

Less than 10, probably around 7 but not entirely sure. Senility is setting in 🤣🤣

12-15, something like that. I’m 36 and had sex for the first time at 17. Three long term relationships and a handful of hookups.

I'm definitely not a journalist asking for an article.. I am not a super regular poster on here and kind of concerned if that happens often!

I guess I'm just in a curious mood.. and to be honest the only person in my friendship group to get teased (not by me, mind) was my friend who had a very low number.

I think any number is acceptable and wouldn't judge anyone, friend partner or otherwise, just wondered and asked I guess!

Also I'm confused what's so twee about using the term 'slept with' it's a fairly common phrase where I'm from!

Before DH , 12, mostly serial monogamy except one non-consensual event with an older man in a position of authority at my work. I hope he's dead now.
