Husband keeps farting

I have a really stressful job and 4 teenagers and all I want to do now is flop on the sofa and watch something mindless. Husband is farting constantly and just shrugs when I ask him to stop. I want to kill him. Or leave. AIBU?

Eat a tin of beans and start your own percussion band. Get the teens to participate with a bit of beat boxing.

My DH has seen me shit myself whilst a man had his leg up on the table pulling a baby out of my vagina with a pair of BBQ tongs.

I think that ship sailed a good while ago....

Do you not talk about anything 'icky' at then, like having the shits, or having piles, or period stuff? None of that is 'sexy' either?

I'm not saying I fart in front of other people or anything, but your own family, especially your DH, I find really weird.

I think childbirth is different. But no we don’t talk about the other stuff you mention particularly, we might say we have an upset stomach to each other. Don’t use bathroom at same time, don’t fart or belch in front of each other <shudders>

Oh didn’t see the period bit, yes we talk about periods, but I wouldn’t be leaving used tampax around or anything. Periods are just natural, to me farting is something you can control or leave the room
