This over 65 isn’t.

Ditto.

This over 59 isn't!

My bloke is too. He says he’s looking forward to voting for the next leader - very soon.

Yes, our Boris will be successful, besides better the devil we know, that the potential unknown,

I mean children are starving in our own country, I'm not sure how much worse it can get?

BorisJohnsonatemyhampster · 06/06/2022 20:03

Tory brand has been severely tarnished. People want to be associated with aspiration and winning. Tory used to bring about images of retired bank managers, cricket etc. But now when I think of staunch Tory supporters I imagine someone sat in a Wetherspoon’s all day with a British bulldog and poppy picture as their Facebook profile.

TheLadyDIdGood · 06/06/2022 20:04

How long do you think Carrie will stick around if she finds herself no longer the PM's wife?

All that money on wallpaper and now this happens ! ..

Peregrina · 06/06/2022 20:10

An over 70 who doesn't support Boris.

How long will Carrie stick around. Not very long.

Is she still meaningfully there now? I know twitter was awash with rumours, and she's not been around a lot lately.

If he’s able to get his Telegraph (or similar) gig back at £££££ then I think she’ll stick around for a bit.

Peregrina · 06/06/2022 20:14

Do you think she could steam the wallpaper off and reuse it?

After all, which Tory donor is going to stump up to decorate her private house?

Blossomtoes · 06/06/2022 20:14

The Telegraph hates him. Cold day in hell springs to mind.

the80sweregreat · 06/06/2022 20:15

I bet Carrie has texted Lulu whats it and asked her about wallpaper steaming tips.
' must be something I can do ay? '

I can only hope that Johnson is fucked both inside and outside of Westminster.

the80sweregreat · 06/06/2022 20:28

I'm sure Boris Johnson will be fine for money , his dad will bail him out and he'll write his memoirs and lie low for a bit if his turfed out.
He has a wardrobe full of high vis in various shades of bright colours so he could try his hand at factory work or a building site , there are lots of vacancies available , if he does get really bored. World is his oyster , but I can't see it happening just yet ..

SeaDogs · 06/06/2022 20:37

Boris will be loaded as soon as he's out- he'll make a fortune from speeches etc. It's only being PM that has left him short of money.

Given the amounts he appears to drink...

Hearwego · 06/06/2022 20:40

Who on earth could take his place ? I honestly don’t know.

I took a big poo earlier. I reckon that would do a better job.

This actually made me LOL!

BorisJohnsonatemyhampster · 06/06/2022 20:54

All joking aside though he’ll win because they have no alternatives. He sacked all of the viable sensible replacements. There’s no clear line of succession. He’s made himself bulletproof by surrounding himself with a poor cabinet.
