To think Harry and Meg should be banned from the Queens Jubilee?

Why are they bothering?

They hate the UK, the RF, the whole institution and couldn’t wait to escape, accused the RF and British public of being racist, not welcoming Meg, or caring about her mental health. Her SIL even made her cry allegedly! They did a public interview about it being so hard being a Duke and Duchess in the UK that they just had to flee to a California mansion so they could be Royal there instead.

Do we as the public want to see them at a publicly funded celebration of our Queens 70 years on our throne? All they’ve done is embarrass the monarchy selling stories and their connection.

AIBU to think the Queen should have cut them orf?

[Yes, Andrew has massively embarrassed the monarchy as well but he didn’t flounce from the UK and give interviews about how the RF let him down.]

Well no. They're the Queen's immediate family. Harry is her grandson, and the babies her great grandchildren. (And Meghan her grandaughter in law.) I hope it doesn't turn into a Meghan/Harry media circus though! (although, if it does go crazy it will probably not be their fault!)

Meghan went to the scene at Texas yesterday (or the day before) to show her respects and lay some flowers and was lambasted by some people for attention seeking. In the eyes of some, she can't do anything right!

I wish someone would ban me from the jubilee. How stupid do the ruling classes think we are? We are supposed to wave flags and be grateful that the government lies to us, we have lost our freedom to live and work in Europe, over 4 million children are living in poverty, billions disappeared in the pockets of government friends, son of KGB operative given a seat in the House of Lords, Prince Andrew scrounging money from rich friends to pay off the woman he abused when she was a child?
It makes me seethe and every Union Jack makes me want to vomit.

This is the very reason why she's disliked, fuck all to do with her skin colour.

Do you realise how utterly deranged you sound?
She was in a public place, one of the most heavily photographed places in the world at that precise moment in time, given what has occurred and you SERIOUSLY want to believe that she was checking for photo angles? How many cameras did she inspect? How many photographs do you think were taken of her? Do you seriously believe she controlled what was released?

You might want to check out that image posted at 22.45. It's just possible it wasn't Meghan in the photo and someone's being deceitful to make her look bad - after all it wouldn't be the first time - but if that's genuine it casts an interesting light on her real motivation

It does not remove any 'doubt'. Hardly surprising there was a camera crew (or more likely several) at a memorial for 21 brutally slain children and their teachers. What we don't have is any proof whatsoever that it was Meghan who was responsible for them being there!

Just because he left the family business it doesn't mean his Nan won't invite him to parties. For all we know the Queen could think royal service is a thankless job and think Harry is lucky that he's out of the direct line of succession and got the chance to opt out.

Yes, that's what I hoped would be the case - so I wondered why the image seems to show her cooperating with photographers rather than, say, just accepting some might be there in the normal course of their jobs and wholly unconnected with her

I wonder, too, if some of the invective being flung at Badger arises from a wish that the image hadn't appeared at all

Is the photographer to which you refer out of shot? Because all I can see is her facing away from camera and photographers in shot not taking pictures of her. How you (and the rest of the shitterati interpret that as her insisting they got a photo of her grief is, let's say , creative thinking.

You lost your freedom to live and work in Europe because 52% of the people in the country are thick twats who don't like foreigners. (see pp about ' coming over 'ere, taking our jobs, marrying our Princes' etc)
