How are closing arguments so far?

Both teams are advocating for thier clients well. They both have strong arguments. I know people don't like Rotterborn, but he is really going for it and doing very well for AH.

Elaine hasn't done her bit yet, so we will see.

Oh, @ENoeuf . They have changed thier plan. Rotterborn is going to do this part by himself and Elaine is going to do the bit for the counterclaim.

I could have sworn Rotterborn said yesterday he and Elaine would split this part of the closing.

All photographs should have to go through a courts verification, as this photograph situation is ridiculous. The jury shouldn’t have to determine if photographs are fake.

Completely agree 100%. If they can't be verified then they shouldn't be allowed into evidence.

I would have if I was in the jury. I don't like his mocking tone and name calling. That's abusive in itself yet he's lecturing about JD being abusive.

I think they should do the arguments over 2 days, one on each. My brain can't absorb the information from the defendant's argument. I've had to switch off, which is a shame as the plaintiff's was exactly how I see the facts. So I wanted to know the other way of looking at things.
