I agree. I think that's the point of the questioning, but by god its boring and long winded. I think everyone has lost the will.

That said, she said she is an expert in this field and hasn't watched quite big blockbusters. And doesn't know the other actors in Aquaman (apart from Jason Mamoa)

Yes, you are quite right. I have had to to keep reminding myself through this segment that we are talking huge sums of money here with regard to loss of earnings/damages.

Litigation law is pretty boring. It's not high drama, it's finite details and projections.

However even a lay person can say that AH is not comparable to Gal Gadot or Jason Mamoa.

That's why JD's lawyer has really pressed her on this. Because he knows she comparing chalk and cheese, and the Jury mentally know this to be true.

AH has never been a A list Hollywood superstar, she's not a leading actress. She's a "love interest". She is not a blockbuster actress.

The re-direct is a little more exciting. Elaine is not good at re-direct

I don't understand the strategy either.

The only thing I can think of is they think they have done enough, with all thier own witnesses, to prove JD claim should lose and thier counterclaim should win.
And they think they don't need any time to cross examine rebuttal witnesses as the rebuttal witnesses are going to be useless.

Today's cross counts as JD teams time.

Essentially, whoever is asking the question, direct or cross, it counts down on thier teams time. Including any objections.

I think they thought giving AH the stand for so long would win. I don't think they calculated how poorly she would be received. It ate in to time they don't have.

I've yet to see a slam dunk moment for them for the Jury.

And now they have basically handed over the ball and court to JD's team who are poised by the looks of their rebuttals to slam dunk one after another, over and over again.

Fresh in the Juries mind, ready for deliberation.

I think both will come out as losers in that no claim is going to be awarded to either party. But JD's team know they have a slim chance of winning this and this whole court case is all about tearing AH apart and her claims and her character. He will recover, she won't.

I've given up trying to figure out who's done what now, I think I'm now just here to watch the grand finale and the aftermath of this. 😳

Something is not right, it does seem that they don’t mind the clock disappearing. I didn’t understand that time spent on the re direct of Dr spiegle. Some witnesses were quicker than that redirect.

Well, I don't know how much will he recover. It's sad to say about anyone but I doubt he will manage to stay clean for a long time. He's getting older, some drug abuse effects are irreversible and he will be recovering addict for rest of his life(if he ever actually tries to get sober again). Also all of these things that came out in public will never go away, he lost trust of a good chunk of people through years due to drug addiction. It looks like he wanted to drag AH with him to the bottom. Her dreams have been crushed but honestly, Hollywood is still not a very pretty place for women. She might go on with her life in different direction-at least more healthy and with more time to change her life than JD. This was his attempt to blame her for his life falling apart, despite it being on very shaky legs even before they got together. He appears actually quite lonely and not all there. Not feeling particularly sorry for him tho
