I've just read it and it seems to be part of a statement that was planned to be agreed, looks like JD team wanted to have WB sanctioned for not responding or providing documents? And WB have included the detail in their response saying no to sanctions, that they don't want to be involved, that AH offered to drop reference to Aquaman and that there was an attempt to agree facts to use.

It is awful. He could have made this point in 5 minutes and moved on and made other points. I don't even know what they are talking about any more...(in relation to the claims / counterclaims)

Yes, I would think they will do the same as her team did and motion to dismiss when she rests her case. And the motion to dismiss will also be denied!

I think the mic drop moment might be where she’s just stated that it’s normal to project an actors earnings for future films that don’t exist despite earlier stating the JD COULDN’T do exactly that. She’s contradicting herself.

she’s also showing her poor knowledge of the careers of the actors she chose to compare to AH - which makes her analysis based on those comparisons questionable as she’s not used all the information and factors of their careers for comparisons

Dr Spiegel might have something to say about that😁!
