That is what I mean, these 'experts' are never neutral or unbiased or focused on fact. They seem to all tend to get more and more biased as the tesitmony goes on.

Who is she?

The witness? A woman who has worked in Hollywood in various movie / film related roles (production, casting etc) for many years and as such is an expert in what happens in Hollywood. No educational background, just experiential background in the field.

Oh thank you so how does she know all this ? It's just her thinking it is true? They could have got Bette Midler to share her views?

Their opinions are bought so whilst they may (or may not) believe what they say, they are there purely because they are going to agree with whoever is paying them.

She read court documents and talked to Amber and those are her sources for her evidence ... in the context of her being an 'expert' in the industry.

Whitney has been found to be lying through her teeth about the top of the stairs incident. She is not credible at all.

What a waste of time. This is the counter claim though I guess.

I wonder how DC will feel about the script being shared and talked about in court.

I feel for Whitney. She is what is actually meant by an imperfect victim.

I am pretty sure Johnny told his team to go easy on her in the cross. Tehy didnt' ask her much. She has been pretty fragile and hadn't even finished her deposition. Whitney and Johnny got along so well because they both know what it is like to live with Amber. You can hear Jennifer Howell's pain for Whitney in her letter.

As far as the court and jury know, she hasnt been found to be lying.....yet!

@Boulshired and @Midlifemusings Thank you - I saw on Twitter that the Australian Dr is listed for rebuttal. Even with 15 hours or however much time the Depp lawyers have they are going to be putting those testimonies through at quite some speed.

How come that last witness said JD couldn’t claim for lost earnings on Pirates 6 because it didn’t have a script yet - but then went and claimed AH lost millions from films over decades in the future??!! (Which presumable don’t even have titles or scripts or anything yet either?!)

IMO Jennifer doesn’t show proof that Whitney is lying it’s more to show she is unreliable. The jury could still believe Whitney

I have not followed this in much detail at all....but I do know I feel uncomfortable with it a bit. Maybe I feel like media is swaying me towards trying to make me call out amber as a liar and that makes me uncomfortable. I actually don't think Johnny is all that.

At least on here, few think Johnny is all that. Both can be true - Johnny isn't all that and Amber is a liar.

I am not swayed by media but I have looked at testimony, pictures, recordings etc and I am fully convinced she is a liar based on the evidence available to me.
