I can think she would rool her eyes as she hears him speak as if he's the victim and she knows he comes across as likeable. I mean even she has said how nice he was.
But even if she has been acting, this is the worst time to stop. This is when she really needs to get the jury onside.

OP I'm at a 2 maybe 3. I've gone from no chance of JD winning to, he now has a glimmer. Remember we have a male heavy jury here, I think this may tip it over also.

JD's team have done a exceptional job at discrediting witnesses, they have left themselves with ample time, they have played it smart and calculated.

Elaine looks done, the whole AH team look deflated and done. The jury will pick up on this.
