I know I'm not a fan but I can't stand the way he story tells all his bloody answers, it's so blatant in its way to win over people.

I'm an hour behind again

Fast forwarding through the side bars to catch up with you all.

I thought Kate Moss was good, short and to the point. Even if it may not make a huge impact on this case, at least the gossip rags can no longer imply JD pushed KM down the stairs

To be fair I've seen jd and Bruce Willis I countless tv interviews over the years , rambling storytelling seems to be how they talk!

ENoeuf · 25/05/2022 16:24

Really? I can't reconcile him to what I've seen him in (Alice/scissorhands) - I did love Bruce Willis just never seen him interviewed I don't think

Why is AH so irritated with one or two facts already?

unctuousunicorns1 · 25/05/2022 16:27

My DH is a waffler too, perhaps it's a bloke thing.

ENoeuf · 25/05/2022 16:27

Wtf? Why take mdma of not to experience the full effects?

Maybe. I'm always asking mine whether there is a point to his stories 😳

Yes I know @ENoeuf
Neither seemed anything like they do on screen ( possibly because they're acting?)
I was surprised most by bw ( this was many years before his diagnosis)

unctuousunicorns1 · 25/05/2022 16:29

I missed that; AH bust my internet for a minute or two. What did he say?

Miscfeminista · 25/05/2022 16:29

I can absolutley not listen to Depp without speeding up 2x. I feel like struggling when he's talking like that, I'm like"come on, let's go, you can do it-make the words come out". So basically he claims he got her the role-tho I have no idea what is he saying with"shooting in Australia would be a problem". Like what?

So this is where hair splitting in legality becomes important.

I'd say, his behaviour of destruction of property is aggressive and psychologically abusive.

I wouldn't class it as "violent". You can't be violent towards an object. A violent crime is when someone physically hurts or threatens to hurt someone, this is then aggrivated when a weapon is used.

So, classification for me. Violent man, no. Abusive man. Yes.

And I agree, with such abuse going on in the house a child safeguarding would definitely be warranted.

I don’t agree. The word violence comes from the Latin meaning forceful/powerful. A violent storm is not violent against a person, violent emotion may not be aimed at anyone in particular.

How a violent crime is defined legally is a different matter.

Violent or destructive behaviour can also be classed as threatening behaviour (part of the legal definition of domestic abuse). All the more so if it’s an expression of anger and/or it’s used to intimidate etc.

Destruction of property is also potentially criminal damage unless it’s your own.

Mine is a man of few words , guess I'm not used to it! 🤣

Part of the post Australia finger conversation was that Amber had previously tried to open the airplane door while in the air when she got mad / upset and wanted to see Johnny and was asking for them to do something they woudn't / couldn't do. (This has already been entered as evidence in the case. It was in an email between her therapists / doctors). So they needed someone who could really manage her to get her safely back to LA.

There is also another recording where Amber and Johnny rehash (calmly at first) what happened in Australia. Amber talks about how most of the trip was good because Johnny let her / them fight and didn't walk away even when the fighting got bad. She talks about needing to fight in that clip. They mention the Australia 'incident' and the 'finger' but there is no part of the conversation that relates to a violent attack / rape and the way Amber talks about that night in the conversation with Johnny doesn't at all fit what she now says.

Amber really is a textbook case of borderline personality disorder. I wasn't a fan of Dr Curry's chumminess at the end - the expert witnesses all seem to get more and more biased as their testimonies go on but I do think she got the diagnosis right. It fits with so much of Amber's presentation and behaviour.

ProclivityForPyrotechnics · 25/05/2022 16:31

Maybe they've asked him to speak slowly so they run out of time ?

ENoeuf · 25/05/2022 16:32

@Midlifemusings thanks I was trying to place why they would need strong people with her

"Destruction of property is also potentially criminal damage unless it’s your own."

Just as well you've got plenty of cash to throw at it to quickly rectify things, then, eh? 😉

Boulshired · 25/05/2022 16:34

Are they doing this just so they have to decline the cross, thinking this will look bad for the jury. He could take the full remaining hours.

He’s right about the MDMA. As someone who used to dabble 10 MDMA is a fucking huge overdose, even for a regular user. Someone I knew dropped disco candies every weekend and their max was five.

Cantbelieveiusedtowatchthiscrap · 25/05/2022 16:42

@ENoeuf Tbf, he’s always spoken like that, since he was young etc in interviews

I thought when she said it that 8-10 would surely kill you? I did 3 in one night when I waS younger and thought I might die

Cantbelieveiusedtowatchthiscrap · 25/05/2022 16:43

AH looks so smirky and smug…something about her is really not nice at all

unctuousunicorns1 · 25/05/2022 16:49

Hearsay? They were both there at the time, if they can't say what happened who can?

unctuousunicorns1 · 25/05/2022 16:50

JD and KM I mean.
