You didn't miss much. It was very confusing. They played her deposition for about 5 minutes and the questions didn't really highlight anything. It wasn't clear what the point of it was. They didn't read the letter into evidence or ask about what Whitney had told her. It was just weird.

Yeah, that trailer park guy has basically said, the only damage was a vintage light fitting, and they break all the time, they settled the bill for it.

The trailer was not "trashed" with broken glass and the aftermath of a serious assault is what the owner was alluding to.

Hmmm I'm not sure how this is going for AH now. JD's team have about ten hours left and AH's 3. Every witness they call is just chipping away at AH's case. This is right at the finish line and I think team JD are about to pull ahead.

Has anyone seen this video from Australian GQ that is going the rounds on Twitter. It was apparently pulled quite quickly because she is obviously either high or smashed.

Whitney is the only one to testify on AH side that I have had genuine sympathy for. Between a rock and a hard place.

It is a silly thing to say really, but her face when the owner of the trailer (who seemed 100% genuine) gave his account, gave me the creeps.

I also see no love lost between Elaine and AH. She has lied to Elaine and made her look stupid IMO. Elaine was SO confident JD had not driven in a car. But he had.

Jennifer Howells testimony was a damp squid but I guess she added to voices casting doubt over the testimony of the Heard sisters and their friends.

I do too. And so does Johnny. They went easy on her in cross and I think he didn't want to introduce testimony that would perjure her with Howell.

Whitney grew up with abuse from her dad and then that continued to to abuse from Amber - she clearly trues to be the peacemaker and to get Amber to love her...Her mom is gone, she has two little kids and all she has ever known is family who abuse her. She doesn't fight back, she just takes it. I am glad she had Johnny to talk to for a few years, Jennifer H too and hopefully a good therapist now. She has a toddler and a newborn and too bad she couldn't just free herself from Amber and Amber's reach and do her own thing. Maybe motherhood will soften Amber and the sisters can bond in a heathier way over motherhood.

Elon financed the UK trial but they broke up Spring of 2018 and the money train must have stopped at some point.

I really feel for Elaine, she seems to get the crosses that are the most unlikely to get anything from. Like the childrens hospital, how on earth was she getting anything from that cross.

They were together for two years. Spring 2016 to Spring 2018. They had a brief break up in 2017 that the tabloids got hold of but they got back together and were together for awhile longer.
