AH isn't winning her counterclaim
JD isn't winning his defamation case
But what has happened is JD has regained credibility, support and reputation. Which is what he wanted. So he wins a personal victory.
Weather you agree he should or not, that's up to you that's anyone's choice to make and opinion to have, and I accept that.
AH however, now has reduced popularity, support and reputation.
Again weather you agree she should, or shouldn't I'll leave that, and respect everyone's personal opinion on it.
Thing I'm more interested is how do we move on from this as a society, what impact will all this have on discussions of domestic abuse and violence. Will it be positive or negative, will more male victims come forward, will women be believed less! I'm very worried about the latter.
