Would you want to be diagnosed against your will, by someone reviewing some tapes of you, bits of your medical records and what other people say about you?
Jesus, men used to get their wives imprisoned under "insanity" in olden days with these types of tactics!
You can not, must not ethically diagnose or make expert psychiatric observations on anyone without consent.
The only time this can be done is for a court orderd forensic psychological assessment. Not a psychiatric assesment.
This is when the court will order one, generally in criminal cases when they want to know if the defendant is a)fit for trial and b) their lack of mental capacity would alter a sentence. E.g secured mental health unit and not custodial. This is the only exception.
Other than that, nobody should be pontificating on the mental health of others in a professional capacity without consent, it's intrusive, unethical and can be potentially psychologically damaging for the subject.
