That WB witness seemed to have put a real damper on the counter claim from AH. She was never in the running for more money but they did look to re-cast her because of chemistry issues that had to be fixed in post. Sounds very believable and straightforward. Momoa was a star before Aquaman and was the tirade character of the movie. It is a stretch to suggest her career was in the same trajectory.

Totally. I find it somewhat cheeky that she got compared to JM and his career and Zendayas etc. She's not in the same league. I think the WB testimony has really damaged her claim, which was a laughable amount anyway.

I'm going to out on a limb here and say Amber has gaslighted her lawyers, her witnesses and tried to gaslight the jury.

When you get to the nub of the issues, her testimony falls apart. Are JDs witnesses better because of money or do they just tell it as it actually is?

I think Amber had to put her side across before WB because she or her team felt it would be heard whereas it wouldn’t be afterwards.

WB sounded the most credible of anyone I’ve heard yet. Also unlikely to have much bias either way compared to employees, paid experts or friends/family. That helps to make him all the more convincing.

Hmm this isn't going well for AH.

Nobody sat in that room thinks AH was or would ever be as big a star as JM or Zenedaya, I'm not even sure why they used them as comparables.

Ones actually Aquaman and been in Game of Thrones (one of the highest grossing TV series to date) and the other had been on the Disney payroll since 13, had a music career and has been in films such as the greatest showman and now Spiderman. Since he had seen part of the trial, they need to do a voir dire to give both lawyers a chance to talk to him and see if they have any objections to him as a witness (without the jury present).

I think that Hicksville was the incident where it is alleged that AH was flirting with a girlfriend while they were all sitting around the open fire and then JD and AH went back to the trailer, something else is alleged to have happened DV wise in the trailer and then JD trashed it.

Therefore he knows something that could prove one of AH witness lied or didn't tell the truth about the "Hicksville incident"

However, he is not a expert witness, so it is very important he hasn't watched the trial. AH team are questioning him to see if he has seen anything of thev trial as this could prejudice his testimony.

All he said that he has seen of the trial is he saw a clip of the trial from the security guard and he tweeted someone saying that's not what happened at Hicksville.

The judge is deciding if he is a valid witness or of he is a prejudiced witneds
