I thought Ambers team ran out of time?

He worked at an Inn that JOhnny and Amber stayed at. Amber testified that while outdoors at that Inn in 2013, Johnny did x, y, and z to her and then trashed the room / trailer they were staying in (I think they have luxury trailers as rooms). This guy was with them and saw it all and saw the trailer afterwards.

That was 9 years ago. Two of his colleagues from back then saw the trial and messaged him that hey - Trailer Palace is in the news / trial - so he went online and watched a little clip and responded to someone on Twitter.

HIs coworkers got in touch with Johnny's team a few weeks ago and told them hey we know a guy who saw everything that night - do you want to talk to him. They said yes! So they got in touch and here he is. He wasn't deposed or on the witness list previously so Amber's lawyers get to question him to see if he meets the rules for a witness.

My understanding is that if they run out of time, the judge will give them a few minutes for the cross of each rebuttal witness otherwise AH's team can appeal. That process for a case allows for a cross so they will give them limited time if they run out.

I understand there is precedent for this in this court, Fairfax Virginia. But it is just precedent, the judge may not agree.
She may deny that.
