It is irrelevant because the appeal found against Depp. What you have quoted doesn't change that. It is merely an explanation of the legal limits of an appeal. What on earth do you think that it's somehow proving or disproving in relation to the specific points that I made?

Amber Heard is abusive. I can't say if Johnny is or isn't but she is definitely abusive. There are tapes and recordings where she is clearly emotionally abusing him. She admits to hitting him, she admits to preventing him leaving when he's trying to get away. She cones across as needy, jealous and controlling quite regularly.

She justifies this by saying she was trying to help him, trying to stop him doing drugs.

However, she's just taunting him, goading him and provoking him, doesn't seem concerned about him and he doesn't really mention drugs at all in the recordings.

I think some of those that aren't being supportive towards her are life long Johnny fans that won't hear a bad word said, then there are people like me, that listen to her and hear a lying, deluded narcissist.

It's very clear from the recordings that she has Borderline Personality Disorder in my opinion. One of the diagnostic criteria is desperate fear of abandonment. Another one is the dramatic and intense emotions. She demonstrates all of that in those recordings. He appears to run away to get away from her and far from abusing her, he just tries to give her space to calm the fuck down. I think that her shouting at him in front of the children might have been the nail in the coffin for him. She tries to prevent this in a variety of ways. Cajoling to start with, then pleading, then the abuse of him. She frequently tries to destroy his self confidence. It's all a trap to ensnare him really. Break you down and then be the rescuer. Can you tell I've been in a relationship with someone with diagnosed BPD? And HE was the abuser. Not me. But fuck me was he an angel outside.

I'm far too accustomed to her type of character. They are utter liars. Even when questioned about the detox and the counsel asks her whether the nurse saw any abuse by her she slipped up and said 'None that she would have seen'. She quickly then corrects herself and says 'None'.

That the poor cunt JD had to fucking beg for her to be taken away while he tried to detox is horrific. Detox is horrible and if there is an antagonist there, it must have been superbly difficult for him. That's why rehabs will not allow you contact with the outside world whatsoever. The stressors which make you use are not what you need when you're going through hell.

Depp reminds me of abusive men I’ve known. He’s toxic and a druggie and has spent much of his life high on one substance or another. His texts were disgusting.
