To think that poor Ronnie Hinch deserves some privacy

And the details of his life and e.g. speech delay not broadcast to his mothers 4.4 million followers (and whoever else wants to see as it's an open page)

Imagine having your life broadcast like that in such detail with no consent or consideration of his future Sad

OP posts:

@araiwa

Never heard of these people but why the fuck would you follow them?
Ditto, and ditto.
Hertsgirl10 · 19/04/2022 09:07

@berksandbeyond

I agree but Hinch would sell a picture of her own shite if she thought it would make her enough money. More fool anyone who still follows her! If she’d spent less time shining her sink and more time actually talking (instead of squealing) at her children then she might not be in this position
@berksandbeyond

Yes cos that’s how speech delays start, isn’t it?
By mums cleaning and (squealing)

IcedOatLatte · 19/04/2022 09:07

@Gastonia

I hadn't heard of Ronnie Hinch until this thread, but now I'm suspicious that the OP is the mother, trying to ramp up publicity Grin
Why would someone with millions of followers start a negative thread about herself to try and get more followers?

I don't understand Confused

@awonderfuladventure I was think about the Truman show too.

Trinxsy · 19/04/2022 09:09

She once put a video/photo of the poor lad using the potty - clearly with nothing on the bottom half. Dangerous game

DeyHuggee · 19/04/2022 09:09

All of these children exploited by their parents without having any input themselves is grim, like they're their possessions they can do as they please with. Selling their privacy for a few freebies or a bit of money. Yes their fake, plastic lifestyle is funded by it which the children debatably benefit from; but at what cost? Videos, photos and precious moments of them online for all to see- weirdos online, future friends and classmates they will make. I wonder how many in the future would find it was worthwhile.

skippy67 · 19/04/2022 09:10

@NevaehMind

Who is Ronnie Hinch?
Have you heard of Google?
Hertsgirl10 · 19/04/2022 09:11

@Samesame89

I love these threads when it's just full of people declaring "I don't know who these people are".

Good for you.

If you don't know who they are and you want to know - Google them.

If you don't know who they are and you don't want to know - no need to comment on this thread then.

@Samesame89

They never know who they are but just popped on to look and suddenly know all about her habits AND say all the same things and quotes that all the tattle people do 🤪

They always start with I don’t know who this person is or that person, cos these sheep think that they’re slick and other people are so thick that by saying I dunno who she is, makes others think oh they can’t be trolls cos they dunno her 😂

Come with don’t new lines these are getting old.

ElenaSt · 19/04/2022 09:11

I only ever see her in the Daily Mail but that Stacey Solomon is absolutely milking her kids on her social media according to the DM.

StormzyinaTCup · 19/04/2022 09:12

Someone upthread mentioned the Saccone-Joly family. My DD when she was younger used to follow them and she hadn’t mentioned them for a couple of years so I asked her what they were up to these days and I was 😮😮 as was she hence not following anymore. I’m very glad watching this sort of thing hasn’t ever been on my radar. I can sort of understand when they were small babies and you’re a proud new mum but not when they are primary age onwards.

Hertsgirl10 · 19/04/2022 09:12
@Hertsgirl10 no but she’s a fairly shitty mum so doubt she has helped?
@berksandbeyond

Is she? How do you know this? Are you a close personal friend or do you just watch a few stories on social media and have decided for yourself that she’s a shit mum?

Gonnagetgoing · 19/04/2022 09:14

Another one who posts photos (with face covered) of her nephew and fiancé’s son is Gemma bloody Collins! God knows what she’ll be like if and when she has her own child.

Putting a mask emoji over a young child’s face is still exposing him to social media coverage.

I follow her on Instagram and I don't think she's milking her kids. I think she's a lovely mom.
Squidlette · 19/04/2022 09:14

Yes. My mum wouldn't watch soaps, when we were growing up. All my mates' parents did, and I thought I was missing out. I suspect not following people on Instagram is the 21st c version. How to people find the time to care?*

*fully aware that I am wasting time on here.

@Gonnagetgoing

It’s not though cos Michael Jackson did this for years and only when he died did people know what the kids looked like.

People slagged him off for him giving the kids privacy.
No one can win.

WTF475878237NC · 19/04/2022 09:17

I think I read somewhere restrictions are coming in because influencer parents are effectively using their children as an income stream.

AChocolateOrangeaday · 19/04/2022 09:19

@Gonnagetgoing and she calls herself "stepmum".

They are not married are they? A broken engagement I think but she definitely isn't that kids Stepmum.

MrsKC121 · 19/04/2022 09:19

Oh I know, I’ll wake up at 7:30am and create a post about Hinch that her trolls will flock to. Honest to god, who cares? And what business is it of anyones if she chooses to put her child online or not. Ever heard of the phrase “mind your own business”?

berksandbeyond · 19/04/2022 09:20

@Hertsgirl10 awww are you a ‘hincher’? My sympathies to you

BenCooperisaGod · 19/04/2022 09:20

In the not too distant future, i suspect when some of these kids turn into adults and when it becomes apparent just how much the big tech companies mine our data and how little control we have over it, there will be law suits, against the companies and the parents. They are being exploited and their consent has not been considered. It is hugely unethical.

I share very little about my kids on SM as i believe they have a right to a private life and they should be in control of what the world knows about them. So until they are old enough to give informed consent, i assume there is no consent so i don't post about them in public fora.

Daqqe · 19/04/2022 09:21

You think that’s bad - the Sacone Jolys very publically broadcast their 7 year old sons transition from being a boy to a girl. The child now has long hair, a girls name, wears girls clothes to school and at home & had a gender coming out party. All of which is put on full display for millions to watch on social media every day. The kid may genuinely be transgender but he’s 7 and it absolutely should be a private journey done away from all social media.

Jonathon Joly is an abomination of a parent. He doesn’t give two shits about protecting his children at all. He exploits them for all he’s worth. They are his pay cheque.

I hate these influencers. Hinch is one of the worst. People are now obsessed with having spotless, mega organised Insta perfect homes because of her & feel like complete failures when their houses are messy, their kids dare to want non-beige toys or they can’t afford for to make it look perfect. This perfect house aesthetic is as damaging as the perfect body one in my opinion 😒

ineedsun · 19/04/2022 09:22

@girlmom21

I have no idea who you're talking about. If you truly think they deserve privacy don't start an AIBU thread that's going to cause people to search for them.
Exactly this.
Grapewrath · 19/04/2022 09:23

Mrs Hinch is quite the business woman.
She is literally laughing at her millions of followers and is making a fortune off telling people what chemicals to throw around ur house. She does the whole ‘ I just like cleaning guyyyys’ but had a manager way before her account picked up momentum.
She is not a very nice human imo. I think it’s really sad how she exploits her kids too, particularly as Ronnie is clearly vulnerable.
If she gets any negative feedback she cries about ‘trolls’ and her incredibly naive followers rush to her aid. Awful.
