Sex with someone 20yrs younger would you do it?

I’m a single 48yr old Mum of one.. I’ve been propositioned by a guy who I’ve chatted to a few times in the pub. I’m not entirely sure how old he is but probably late 20’s maybe 30.
I’m not after a relationship but just wondering am I unreasonable (or completely mad!) to consider it?

Personally no, as that would be getting quite close to DS's age- urgh- and I'd feel like the oldest woman in the world. Plus I tend to fancy older men not younger ones.

I might be worried about them wanting to bag an older woman or MILF as a curiosity & bragging thing, but that's my own low self esteem but of course there are men like that!

I wouldn't no. I'd feel like a fucking parody for a start. Despite being healthy and a fit marathon runner, my body can't compete with a 20 something (I'm 48).

Also when I was in my 20s I was shagging men in the late 40s and 50s and I absolutely knew they were creepy AF and old fuckers.
So I'd be the old fucker in this instance. No thanks!

I'm only in my early 30s and I wouldn't want anyone more than a few years younger than me. If you like younger men then go for it, nothing wrong with it, but no I wouldn't as I only like men roughly around my age.

Some of them must have spurred me on - as for anyone interested I did decide to go ahead with it & I think it could work out as a nice destruction in life & a bit of fun from what we talked about & both wanted.. & yes he is a fully functioning consenting adult, who I’m old enough to be the mother of, but sometimes one has to throw caution to the wind!

I’m laughing over the super smooth skin comment- that was something that did freak me out almost .. nice buttock & didn’t get to fully appreciate super stamina (due to late start!) however, defo hopefully get to try out another time.. Good to have some positive vibes thank you. I had to google the age difference between the late Barbara Windsor & her husband (the only couple randomly came up with when trying to think of older woman & their husbands) whilst lying in bed this morning, relieved to read she was 55 & him 28 when they married.

A friend of mine had this dilemma. My advice was to go for it and enjoy it for as long as it lasted. That was 16 years ago and they’re just celebrated their 14th wedding anniversary. They’re so much in love it brings a lump to your throat.

Fwiw - my Gran met her Partner in a pub when she was 50 (my Grandad had passed away a few years previously) and he was 25, just turning 26.
They were together for 24 years until she died a few months ago.

They both had so much in common and it was clear they loved each other, they had a great relationship

I couldn't do it. The thought of being with someone who I'm old enough to be the mother of makes me feel icky.
