To have huge admiration for the Ukrainian president?

The man seems quite incredible. I didn’t know much about him until now but he seems incredibly brave and intelligent. Was just reading an article about how he has been tirelessly and successfully speaking to western leaders to get stiffer sanctions and support implemented, I really hope he remains safe.

Given Johnson's history Carrie wouldn't need to dump him. Has he ever been faithful to any partner?

As someone who like Zelenskyy, is the grandchild of a Holocaust survivor from what was (back then) the Ukrainian SSR, I'm full of admiration and pride.

He has also set a new standard by which all Jewish men will be judged by us Jewish women! Wink

How will it end for him though? Eventually if Putin dies not withdraw he will be found and killed because we (NATO) won’t join active retaliation.

I don't think it's strange to have a crush on him. This "we are here" video shows have media savvy he and his team are.

Putin, in contrast is short bald old man terrified of covid because he's allegedly not been vaxxed (because probably could trust what would be in the vax). Young Russians will know which leader they prefer the look of.

The Ukrainian President has reset the bar in terms of leadership, he is utterly amazing. I am so impressed by both him and the Ukrainians who are staying to fight for their homeland. He makes Putin look like a despotic caricature. I only hope he and his family survive this.

If they come through this and forge closer ties with Europe lets hope they are made to get rid of the surrogate baby farms too.

Cool, and shall we go after the fellow Europeans who buy those babies? Which is worse, exploited or the exploiter?

Perhaps EU membership will improve things for Ukraine and surrogacy will no longer be an issue there, wouldn't that be nice?

Now back to the issue at hand. Hmm

Indeed.

Imagine then Putin ranting that he is a Nazi. Putin is so ridiculous, if he wasn't the leader of Russia we would all laugh at him. He is a raving madman. I think he has dementia or a delusional illness. He's definitely not sane.

YANBU, he's awesome. I think he's incredibly brave and I love watching his speeches - he is so inspiring. The Ukrainians seem to be right behind him, and the world is paying attention to every word he says.

I am egging him on and terrified for him in equal measure.

The spirit of the Ukrainian people is humbling.

Plus, I know he's really busy at the moment but I totally would when he gets the chance.

I’m amazed by the Ukrainian people and Zelensky. Feel terrified tbh.

But in these dark scary times I have to thank @peaceanddove for those words. I salute you.
