Just that really. Sociopathic Patel refusing visas. In a time where we need leadership & empathy & intelligence there's a ducking idiot at the helm & Rees~Mogg making a fortune with insider trading.
Who the hell will admit to being so sociopathically selffish & grabby to still vote Tory?

If your daughter is having to share these spaces, the whole thing came in under Tory rule!

Labour haven't been in power for 13 years.🙄

and it has taken a while but Starmer has confirmed Labours stance on Gender ID and that a 'woman is an adult female'

Keir Starmer says ‘a woman is an adult female’ on self-identification system

Labour leader’s comments come after party rows back plans to introduce self-ID system for transgender people

And then what?

Easier to get a GRC and use single sex spaces

if you are a single issue voter, and this is your issue then it makes sense to vote Tory 🤷🏼‍♀️

I think single issue voting is myopic

It doesn’t really matter what you think.

But no not a single issue voter.

If other women are good on them, no problem here.

Alltheprettyseahorses · 09/10/2023 09:07

I was at a women's event in Liverpool yesterday and we were surrounded by deranged, thuggish, dangerous male Labour delegates bellowing horrendous abuse at us - I believe at one point they tries to get in and attack us but were stopped by brave women stewards. There were also Labour events in favour of Palestine in direct response to the horrors that went on like Hamas slinging the broken murdered woman in the back of a truck and spitting on her body. If you vote Labour now you're a fool and I don't want to have to suffer the consequences of your actions, I saw enough of it all yesterday.

(and it's no good whining But Tories!!! about the EA2010 because it's Labour legislation and it's only recently become a massive problem, at least something is getting done about it)

Labour haven't been in power for 13 years.🙄

And the point is that under Labour rule things like gender neutral toilets will become the norm.

I don’t fancy being unable to go out in public in case I need the loo or having to worry about my dd’s being forced to share previously single sex spaces with men.

It doesn’t even matter to me what Starmer says - it’s just back-pedalling and that will all change if they get in with the crazy extreme left waiting in the wings and that absolute nutter Angela Raynor as deputy PM.

Alexandra2001 · 09/10/2023 08:52

Corbyn was rightly expelled from the Labour party, not even a Lab MP.

Try again....

But the many who supported him are still paid up members, many of those MPs who supported him are still MPs.

Corbyn was a Momentum puppet who go rid when he personally wasn’t doing the job. But the ideology and those who put him in a position of power are still there, the labour supporters who would have voted for him are still there. He was just unpalatable to swing voters.

try again!

Be more original with your rebuttals!

Corbyn is old, he will never be in the Labour party again, as i said rightly so.

All parties attract loons, the Tories have their share too, T.May with her Gender self ID stuff for example, still widely supported, should the Tories get in again, it'll be back on the agenda.

In regard to GRC's.. under the Tories, 96% of those who apply, get them... it really couldn't be any easier.

Crookedman · 09/10/2023 09:51

Alexandra2001 · 09/10/2023 08:14

Lets not forget Croydon, Thurrock, Slough, Woking and Northumbria... all Tory led councils, all went bankrupt.

The equal pay issue is common throughout the UK.

But its not the colour of the council, its the amount of funding they get (or not) and the poverty in the area.

You are also making stuff up about the Labour party, you cannot provide any evidence Starmer will be replaced, let alone supply weapons to Hamas, total made up right wing BS.

Slough went bankrupt under a labour council, tories voted in afterwards.

Alexandra2001 · 09/10/2023 09:54

True, Slough was Lab run!

How about this...

Thurrock, on the Thames Estuary in Essex, filed a section 114 in December 2022 after declaring a £469m black hole in is finances
Concerns had been raised as far back as 2018 over the Conservative-run authority's alleged "extreme" appetite for financial risk

The problem isn't so much who runs the council but 13 years of cuts to services? which then result in the loss of all the single sex areas we all need.

MentholLoad · 09/10/2023 10:06

regardless of whether the council is labour or conservative...they aren't been given enough money to cover necessary spending (bit like us as individuals?

GB News report say pro womens rights demonstrators were jeered by Trans Activists (& vice versa) and Police stepped in to split up the 2 groups... even GB news never mentioned either side being Labour delegates.

How did you know they were Lab delegates.

Err you 'll have to tell us all what is being done about the GRA ?

MentholLoad · 09/10/2023 10:35

they were Labour DELEGATES???

SerendipityJane · 09/10/2023 11:04

GB News report

I'll wait for The Beanos take first, if you don't mind.

Alltheprettyseahorses · 09/10/2023 11:05

There were lanyard wearers and this transactivist further confirms it (although I didn't hear a accent from anywhere closer than Cheshire in the mob) https://twitter.com/Spanish_tom/status/1710992914996666538

Labour delegates have form for this. It isn't the first time they've attacked a women's meeting during the Labour conference - it happened in 2019 and wasn't just Labour delegates but also paid Labour staff members https://womansplaceuk.org/2020/02/15/no-answer-from-labour-over-intimidation/ So please remember, if you do vote Labour this really is what you encourage.

So the question is, how are Labour going to make things better for women when they can’t even define one and that failure to define one is a symptom of widespread misogyny.

I'm confused, that is just someone else saying that there are trade unionists and 'conference delegates' at the protest. And a video panning over the heads in the crowd. am I missing something?

Labour have officially defined women as adult human females. it took long enough, but they have

If you’re waiting for The Guardian I wouldn’t bother.

They only do TRA related

The footage is there though, so look at that

verdantverdure · 09/10/2023 11:15

@OMG12

Why do Labour need to make things better for women?

Surely the Tories have taken care of all that in their 13 years in power?
