Just that really. Sociopathic Patel refusing visas. In a time where we need leadership & empathy & intelligence there's a ducking idiot at the helm & Rees~Mogg making a fortune with insider trading.
Who the hell will admit to being so sociopathically selffish & grabby to still vote Tory?

What is a real trans person?

What is a real trans person?

Doesn’t matter. As long as men who identify as women can’t access single sex spaces but aren’t suffering discrimination in any mixed space.

What is a real trans person?

There's no such thing is there? Because it's nothing tangible. There's no real limits to any of this. People can have the most extreme surgeries, regret it and 'detransition'. People can do nothing and be 'trans'. It's all self identification and NON of its bass in anything real. Plus you cannot actually transition to w woman from a man, so there's no such thing.

@OMG12 Umm..no.

Labour has a better track record on the economy. You are accusing me of being ideologically driven but your bias is evident. I’m not denying left wing misogyny- I’d be stupid to try.

Edited

What a useless piece of lazy journalism seems it’s ok to excuse labours poor performance with global conditions but not the Tories🤦‍♀️

Apparently there was applause for Hamas at the Labour Party conference

Utter bollocks! That is simply not true!

What do you think of Corbyn’s comments?? It’s clear Starmer is just a puppet to get Labour in theb he will be swiftly replaced by the hard left, The Labour Party haven’t changed, they’ve just tried to replace the public face. No one is fooled. People actually wanted Corbyn. As prime minister. What would be happening now? Sending arns to Hamas? Siding with a terrorist organisation in what is undoubtedly going to end up another war? Taking the side of anti semitism?

Exasperatednow · 09/10/2023 06:52

And your evidence for this is?

The Daily Mail or the Telegraph don't count by the way.

Speedygonzales78 · 09/10/2023 06:55

Labour have done a really good job of wasting council funds, hiding what they've spent it on, lying to the public, fumbling around when asked to provide the information as to where all the money has gone and now we are about to lose 5 leisure centres.

I don't live in the UK so can't vote there, but despite being a Labor voter in my own country, I could never vote UK Labour. They are stripping women of their rights to safe spaces, their rights to privacy, their rights to dignity. Voting UK Labour would feel like a vote for the ultra far right.

However, I understand it's not compulsory to vote in the UK? (It is compulsory to vote in Australia) So my solution to those like me that would slit their wrists or lay on train tracks before they vote for a woman-hating party in the UK like Labour is simply to not vote at all. If enough ABSTAIN from voting, it will send a message to Labour.

NHS? Schools? Is this the ONLY issue in the whole of the UK?

OMG12 · 09/10/2023 07:17

JayAlfredPrufrock · 08/10/2023 22:25

@Andnowtowhatcomesnext
My apologies. It was at a hard left meeting that runs alongside the Labour Conference.

And let’s face it, these are the people waiting in the wings to get rid of Starmer once Labour win. It’s clear Starmer is no more than a Trojan horse! Soon we would have a government supporting anti semite powers applauding the kidnap and murder of Jews. It’s almost like people cabt learn from very recent history.

OMG12 · 09/10/2023 07:24

piesforever · 09/10/2023 07:00

Actually, for women it should be. The ideology is saying, men’s rights are more important than women’s. Women have no right to dignity, to safe spaces, to accurate representation in statistics, including education, work snd health. Women can be locked up with a man. Women are shut down and undermined when it comes to dealing with traumas inflicted by men. Women are being told what to think and feel at the whims of men.

The attitude which underpins these things is misogyny. How long before we see that attitude and its implications transfer across society? Voting for anyone who believes in trans rights over women’s rights is voting for the downfall of women’s equality (what little we have) they are not the friends of women.

Let’s not forget Birminghams long held Labour Council have declared themselves bankrupt - largely due to the fact they didn’t think women deserved equal pay.

R37sraY · 08/10/2023 22:27

Not really following your argument.

Woke men are misogynists, sure.
Woke men support trans rights to virtue signal, sure.

But what has this to do with real trans people. Why would you want to trample on their rights?

Why not just avoid woke men? Conservative men are actually nice.

What’s a “real trans person”???

TodayInahurry · 09/10/2023 08:03

Starmer now agrees what a woman is, but he changes his mind daily. Many of his potential cabinet are truly awful, Angela Raynor for example. I will never vote for them, I might not even bother to vote

The disaster wrought by Kwarteng's budget had nothing whatsoever to do with global conditions. It wasn't global conditions, either, that forced the government into diverting so much public money into their friends' pockets for useless PPE, or failing to insure against interest rate rises, or failing even to try to recover billions lost on frauds.

Passepartoute · 09/10/2023 08:10

Loving the fact that @OMG12 claims that the Conservatives' election of female leaders shows how feminist they are. Have you noticed that they pushed every one of them out and the last one was outlasted by a lettuce?

Lets not forget Croydon, Thurrock, Slough, Woking and Northumbria... all Tory led councils, all went bankrupt.

The equal pay issue is common throughout the UK.

But its not the colour of the council, its the amount of funding they get (or not) and the poverty in the area.

You are also making stuff up about the Labour party, you cannot provide any evidence Starmer will be replaced, let alone supply weapons to Hamas, total made up right wing BS.

sep135 · 09/10/2023 08:14

fair enough. European culture is amazing to have on the doorstep, good job we have done most of it. Brutal government?! Like Hamas? Get real.

Just to be clear, the brutal government comment was another poster, not me.

No pretence to persuade just castigate. At least you're honest even if it serves no purpose other than just dog whistling fellow echo chamber dwellers to virtually fist bump each other.

It's not my job, or that of anyone here to persuade anyone.

Who you vote for is between you and your conscience.

Vettrianofan · 09/10/2023 08:21

And how long was Thatcher Prime minister?

Well let’s see about “the last one” yes a lettuce might have outlasted her, but she outlasted the last female labour leader, merely by the fact she never existed!!!!

And how exactly have the Labour Party changed since Comrade Corbyn? They haven’t. They’re still anti semetic, no one in the party backs Starmer with total sincerity. It’s very clear what many in the party want to happen.

Have you seem Corbyns response to Israel? He absolutely would have backed Hamases actions, he is doing right now!

We dodged a bullet with Corbyn

Given his Hamas comments back then. Dangerous

It actually frightens me that we may have to live under yet another Labour Party

I feel the same, it’s actually terrifying - I dread to think where we’d end up. 1984 doesn’t come close. And kiss goodbye to your safe spaces women.

My 12yo dd is already having to share toilet space with men in this crazy fucked up world we’re in - this was in a museum in a major city that had been closed for 5 years and had millions spent on it for “improvements”. On visiting a few weeks ago the only different I could see was a lot of TWAW/lgbtq+ type “art” shoehorned in along with the stuff that was already there and a new “gender neutral” toilet. Cue a lot of embarrassed looking people sheepishly entering the packed queue for the toilets - the men looked most embarrassed- the women just looked angry. I won’t be visiting again.

Why people think we’ll be better off under Labour I just can’t fathom. Their ideas are in cloud cuckoo land. Let’s just spend more money we don’t have and fuck things up even more until the tories get in again and have to pull back on things to try and level things out again. Then they’re blamed for cutting services. And so the cycle continues.

Unfortunately we can’t live in a world where everyone is affluent and everything works perfectly. The tories have faced an incredibly difficult period with Brexit/covid/the war in the Ukraine and all the fallout from it. I am 100% certain we’d be in an even worse mess if labour had been at the helm.

If your daughter is having to share these spaces, the whole thing came in under Tory rule!

Labour haven't been in power for 13 years.🙄

Corbyn was rightly expelled from the Labour party, not even a Lab MP.

Try again....
