What does it mean?

Stop trying to be perfect. You will always feel inadequate. Be satisfied with being happy and good enough.

The BEST advice I've ever heard...when someone is rude or short with you, it's not you, it's just a reflection of how they're feeling inside, so feel sorry for them, not hate them!
