Here's mine:

Otrivine nasal spray is an absolute saviour! I only discovered it last year and I've had some absolutely horrendous colds made better by using this stuff. It completely clears your nose within minutes. I went from not being able to breathe through my nose at all, to being able to sleep through the night with my airways clear. Amazing.

Would love to some other good medicine cabinet tip offs!

Menthol crystals diluted in one of these when we have a colds - better than Olbas Oil and much cheaper

Antihistamine via nasal spray I always find more effective

And milk thistle if I accidentally overindulge on the wine!

Night Nurse - gets me through the night when I'm full of cold.

Nexium- nothing works so well for heartburn

Happinose is amazing stuff. Soothes the horrible sore nose you get when you have a cold and end up blowing your nose a lot and also helps you breathe easier when your nose is stuffy too. Always buy two or three tubes when I see it in the chemist.

Metanium nappy cream - the tiniest dollop is amazing on spots, cuts, grazes and burns. It heals things so quickly.

I second Metanium cream.
Vaseline is our absolute go to - any sores, itches, spots, chapped skin - just rub a bit of Vaseline on it! :)

Germolene!! The sort with lidocaine in though. My Mum used this all the time when we were kids, so I do now.
